PROS: I was looking for the CRM that could help me manage my leads as well as sales process. The most important thing I liked about Salesmate is it is easy to use and flexible enough that anyone can use it according to the process. The best tool for converting leads into customer and building stronger customer relationships. Everything is perfect with a great experience.
CONS: I like Salesmate because of it’s smooth emailing features. It provides email templates and email tracking for clients. But I would love to see some more intuitive inbuilt templates.
The least favorable review
PROS: Bulk emailing is amazing with tagging which is what I use it for the most. Also, the ability to see the emails trail in each contact is great. Their customer service is amazing and they are very polite and courteous. They are striving to always get better which is a good sign but improvement need to be made to mix it with the big boys.
CONS: They are quite a few glitches that I experience. They do fix most of them but everytime one is fixed, I find that another little glitch occurs. They have a quick turn around usually in fixing issues. What could work better is many more Api\\\'s. If open a notification in Gmail, I the email doesn\\\'t display correctly. They informed me they are waiting on Gmail to approved the extension fix. They don\\\'t have enough Apis compared to many other platforms such as Copper, Salesforce and The Hub Spot. They still need Xero api which I am still waiting for. The salesmate extension in Gmail needs quote a bit of work to make it easier to work with. The display option isn\\\'t quite right yet. Also, they only have conversation only view in emails when using salesmate email which I really dislike and they dont give you an option to turn it off. I loath it. They used to have it off prior to joining bit didn\\\'t give an option to turn it off once they changed it back. Another thing to get better is if a contact has 2 emails,when you send an email, it doesn\\\'t track it to see who opened it. It says opened by anyone. Invoicing integration isn\\\'t added in yet accept quickbooks online which is not good when competing with the top 10 crm companies. This is a must.

PROS: Salesmate CRM is simple to use. For user’s such as me who are already working in a Google environment, it is a boon as it integrates well with the Google Apps. It offers competent CRM capabilities and has a number of useful lead management features. The automation takes care of the manual tasks.
CONS: The dearth of integration with every G-Suite App which I wish is resolved quickly.

PROS: Easy pipeline and project management. Calling made easy. Now I don't need to use any other integration, they provide it within the CRM. I like that part.
CONS: In some cases, like marketing campaign, I think there's a scope of improvements. Though they have the text and email campaign facilities, which I use!

PROS: Simple, elegant, user-friendly. Provides a single deal view. Two-way sync for Gmail and other webmail services. As a business owner, this is what I wanted. I need to keep a tab on accounts, my daily expenses, and the clients. Salesmate is my companion in my journey towards setting up my dream business. I can access all my data from any location, I can move deals on the go, I can track my appointments, my email conversations, and my call history.
CONS: Well, I have not encountered any cons, but I do have a suggestion. they should come up with marketing automation

After the free trial, I was sure that Salesmate is going to be the CRM that I need to streamline my entire sales process. It is loaded with great features and allows me to tweak the system as I need. The automation of emails and follow-up activities saves a lot of my time. Easy lead creation and smooth process help my team to achieve sales targets quickly. I have been using Salesmate for the past six months and have witnessed the system bring a lot of new features for the web as well as the mobile app.
