PROS: Time is important for our company and this app helped us save time. Since this is a cloud-based app, our team can easily access it even outside the office. Everyone who has access to it can collaborate in working which makes our team more efficient. It also benefits our external auditors since they no longer have to travel to check our finance books.
CONS: This app is amazing, however, it still has some weak points. First, customer service can still be improved by hiring people who are more knowledgeable about accounting. The app also needs some notifications or alerts whenever changes are made in the integrated apps or if there are some duplicated books, items, or transactions. I've also experienced some problems with the bank feeds function as it crashed a few times. I'll also appreciate it if they added more training materials to improve user experience.

PROS: This app made balancing of finance data easier. I love the features where I can easily see the payment updates and the number of receivables per account. The files are also downloadable and can be exported into an Excel file.
CONS: So far, I'm not seeing any negative things about this app. I want to have the training to improve my experience with this software though.

PROS: Sage Business Cloud Accounting has all the features one would need from Accounting software. Easy to implement, do the setup, and train new Customers on how to use it. The add-on modules adds value to the software. The Accountant's easy access to assist Clients is a wonderful feature!
CONS: One improvement I would like to see: When adding a new Item from inside the Invoice screen, the new Item screen should include all features (such as selecting the Purchase account). Currently you have to exit the Invoice, create the new Item, and then continue with your Invoice

PROS: I love how this cloud-based software reduces are spending because since we have this app, we no longer have to set up and pay for a separate server for all our accounting operations. We can easily access it through a browser, which makes it easier for our team to track accounting activities. I also love their effective customer services!
CONS: I'm not sure if this is because I'm just starting to learn to navigate the app, but the payroll reporting kind of confuses me.

PROS: I love how this software efficiently integrates with bank accounts, so charging and other transactions are automated. We don't have to worry about human errors. I also love the time streams which can instantly track billable hours and the invoicing module which allows clients to instantly pay.
CONS: I have experienced some network issues while using this app for more than once. I think the developers should look into this.

PROS: I like that I can close a period off and then be alerted if any data is added outside of that period. I enjoy the reconciliation features and the customer services team is exceptional.
CONS: The pricing structure could seem expensive to some. But for us the benefits far outweigh and makes it a justified cost.

PROS: Some of the things I really like about this software: (1) its integration with other software for payment, reporting, resource planning, and customer management; (2) its visually-appealing and the modern user interface; (3) it scalability which allows users to create groups and add more users; and (4) its accessibility which is perfect for people who are working remotely.
CONS: Since this is a cloud-based app, connectivity could often be an issue. Also, this might be a matter of personal preference, but the idea of having finance matters uploaded in a cloud inevitably makes me a little uncomfortable and insecure. Other areas for improvement: (1) the interface for the mobile views; (2) pricing, it's not really start-up friendly; and (3) integration with other payment channels such as PayPal.

PROS: Sage Business Cloud is highly functional! I can do a lot of accounting-related tasks within the app such as invoicing and finance reporting. It improves my efficiency.
CONS: I don't like the instances when the app sometimes requires printing out confirmations after an update. Also, the app's interface is not that user-friendly.

PROS: Probably the biggest strength of this software is that it is smart and automated which helps in reducing cases of human error. Accounting and managing general ledger is a piece of cake when you have this app. Everything is systematized therefore increasing efficiency and productivity.

PROS: My favorite features of Sage Cloud are: (1) the invoicing module because it makes tracking invoices easier and it allowed the clients to pay through the invoice; (2) its automatic synchronizing with bank accounts which means lesser room for human errors caused by manual work; (3) tracking time flows and easy generations of billable hours.
CONS: I've had a few bad experiences when it comes to connectivity, so I hope it would be resolved by developers soon.
