PROS: I like that I can use a video in my quites so I can have great impact over the proposals and my business offers. It creates the invoice in Xero when the clients accepts the proposals. The system is functional and quick. I have a feeling that my clients are impressed by quotes.

CONS: It would be great if they could add more business type videos like trades, office work and vehicle.

PROS: What I like most about it is that it allows us to create graphical presentation and proposals in less time. We can easily and quickly repurpose existing assets onto Qwilr platform which saves lot of time and we don’t need to hire tech experts to get the work done. This tool is really helpful with the analytics with its tag blocks.

CONS: I don’t like that images are not responsive while lot of our visual assets are in landscape format and the text is responsive and resizes appropriately. And this issues makes problems when creating PDFs from the system’s projects.

PROS: I like how it makes the proposal process simple and easy, in the past the proposal processes were cumbersome and now are fun to make. Also, its support team is extremely helpful, they constantly improve the product and make great platform for all its users. We can easily share proposal by using copy/paste feature. With control permissions we can get signatures and payment within the Qwirl system.

CONS: It would be really helpful if they could include commenting feature built-in, and simplified customizing line items in quites. Furthermore, it can be pricy for our business because sometimes we don’t have lot of proposals on a monthly basis and on the other side the system is $30/monthly.

PROS: I like that Qwirls is simple and straightforward solution. Its layout and UI allow us to create proposals simply. Also, I like that it provides us with visibility over proposals functions. As an account manager I know when my clients have opened proposals and how many views they have. I really like to create new templates and to play around with the design.

CONS: It would be nice if they could add subheadings on actual homepage so we can section off different client proposals and to find them for reference easily.

PROS: I personally like the templated proposals. At the beginning I expected complicated set up of this solution but it was really amazing the set up didn’t take long for the set up and to brand the templates. I don’t have to build complex page layouts and to spend lot of time on them, now I spend 15 minutes on proposal.

CONS: It can be buggy from time to time but I really believe that they will improve the product.

PROS: As a small SEO company we have lot of doubts whether to purchase Qwilr or not, we used to send proposals for free via MS Word and PDF. We have tried trial version of Qwirl and later we decided to give it a try. The set up was easy and it really looks professional and quick solution compared to methods we used.

CONS: There is almost nothing to dislike about this software. Whenever we run into something that is missing or into some issue the support team reacts quickly.
