PROS: Gone are the days when we’d hand out surveys to participants and hope that they take the time to answer each question. Now, thanks to Qualtrics, we can offer the participants convenience (by allowing them to simply take surveys online). On the other hand, it gives us the ease in collecting data and in organizing the answers to easily conclude.
CONS: I find it almost impossible to correct portions of my survey once it has been sent out. I hope Qualtrics would make this easier on our part.

PROS: Its training videos has made self-teaching simpler. Great chat box and phone call support. Whenever we're putting up a new theme, the theme customer service is always reponsive and interactive. This makes the entire process stress-free.
CONS: There were a couple aspects that bothered me a lot. If you happen to insert the "logic" part in the form, you wouldn't be able to get a Back Button from the current page itself. Next, I found it puzzling to come up with a new theme and know what steps are needed. It took a bit of time, but when I figured it all out, it's all good.

PROS: I love how Qualtrics offers support in all phases of conducting researches—from coming up with questions and even up to the QA of the actual survey. One thing that I find particularly useful is that Qualtrics automatically downloads the results of your survey—giving you almost real-time feedback on every response that comes through the system. If you want to zero in one each response, you can do so too.
CONS: Frankly, I haven’t taken the time to look into this more, but it seems like Qualtrics does not have a free version yet. All was fine when my employers were the ones paying for the subscription, but since I’m ending my contract with them soon, I’d have to fish out the fees from my own pockets now. Also, I noticed that particular survey formats don't translate well on mobile. I hope Qualtrics would fix this responsiveness issue soon.

PROS: The tool provides plenty of features mixed with a very simplified user interface. Some of the things I like with it are UX touches such as giving the user a chance to paste a list of responses (every single one per line) and then making the conversion to response items.
CONS: Its report formatting could use a bit of improvement. Depending on how long the response labels are, words tend to get spliced off or wrapped up in an odd manner. Giving further control when it comes to chart formatting can be helpful. I want a wider range of visualization that can provide support for known survey questions.

PROS: What I really like with Qualtrics is that it allows you to ask just about any question that one wants. It lets you do that regardless of form. In return, you get both qualitative and quantitative data for easy analysis. That makes it all the more convenient.
CONS: The thing that I don't like with the platform is that it's hard to learn to use it in an efficient manner. The reason for this is because it's a highly complex system. Qualtrics can do plenty, but it'll take some time before you can fully grasp its functions.

PROS: In a nutshel, Quatrics comes with an awesome interface for making online surveys. There's plenty of flexibility in formatting questions. The coding options are super convenient. I like their customer service very much. Even if they couldn't resolve my issue, they've gone above and beyond in assisting me.
CONS: I was hoping there's another approach to programming surveys so the "Enter" button would automatically push the user to the next page. I'd like the user to simply do this with a single keystroke for either mobile or web-based applications.

PROS: The great thing about this platform is its survey library. Within the library, you have a wide range of pre-installed templates that can help you get make surveys in no time. Even if you have no clue or aren't familiar with creating surveys, you can gather information fully in under an hour.
CONS: Its reporting functionality could be a bit simpler to follow. When trying to export a bunch of data, it can take up a lot of time trying come up with customized reports. But on the flipside, it's simpler to export separate responses in different formats like docx, csv, pdf, and etc...

PROS: I like that you can easily calibrate patterns and set up the questions in surveys. Plus, Qualtrics allows survey participants to answer on their smartphones too—making it likely for them to take the survey because of how convenient it is. Typically, it would be hard for you to manually transfer all your data into excel sheets, but Qualtrics readily takes care of this for you. Not to mention, it does so in an organized manner.
CONS: Qualtrics takes care of transferring data for you into another analytics tool. However, it leaves you with the task of renaming every ech one of your variables. This can take quite some time and I wish there was a workaround for this.

PROS: I like how user-friendly their product is. Getting things started is really fast. You can come up with professional looking surveys with plenty of functionality for advanced surveying. I've been making use of this product for the past several years now. I've even trained other people in using this product.
CONS: Even though the site itself is user-friendly, the functionality involving image uploads could use some tweaks in the area of previews. I just wish the preview would have a realistic image and would show a true-to-size picture so it can be used for surveying. You'll only get a sense of what the image may look like after vewing the drafted survey.

PROS: Options given when making surveys. Any inquiries that you can ever think of is already made into the UI. I's surprisingly easy to build things out. You can now make survey as simple or as complex as you need without putting in so much effort.
CONS: I find the reporting to be a bit confusing from time to time. It took several more clicks than what I would normally go for all survey details. But once you get past the learning curve, all the data you want is all there. It's a matter of knowing where and how you can get to it.

PROS: I find really easy. Its copy and paste feature is nothing short of amazing. Ito does its magic even when I have garbage and coming from Microsoft Word. It's easy to take away or add questions. I find the user interface to be visually appealing.
CONS: While it's not that hard to put an attractive reporting approach, it can take a bit of time. I feel the report parts need to be more flashy. At the same time, I wnat to make sure I'm not in it to do a ton of useless work for the long term.

PROS: Being able to download information in CSV format is a good thing since the information can easily be analyzed. Questions that I wanted to ask and answers I was looking for can now all be laid out in one survey. Qualtics makes it possible to manipulate the answer format.
CONS: The individual taking the survey can easily be tracked through the listed IP address. This is never a good thing for security reasons. In addition, Qualtrics won't show the complete name of the survey if it so happens the name is a little too long.

PROS: I love how simple it is to connect and bring out any concerns to their support team. I find the team to be well-versed with the system. They're able to build a positive approach in troubleshooting or resolving any problems raised.
CONS: I'm from the Philippines. I need to take calls from different numbers from different countries. The thing that I find annoying is that there's no screen sharing for me to work with. Nevertheless, the tech team are skilled enough to explain to clients about the software and fixes available for every concerned raised.

PROS: Whenever I faced an issue, regardless of time, there's always someone from support who always helps out. They give answers to anyone no matter how much time it would take to dig into the matter. If an agent can't seem to find answer to a question, they'll take their time to go deeper and send out videos on how they can resolve their problems.
CONS: I feel the basic features of text analysis aren't as sufficient as we'd like them to be. If the Qualtrics Text iQ is missing, the software itself won't be as robust in text analysis. Stats iQ happens to be one of the best features. Unfortunately, this feature came from another company that was bought by Qualtrics. That means it's not completely integrated with the software.

PROS: Whenever I faced a major issue with the service, an agent by the name of Victoria K has been a big help. She made me feel like an important customer. She took care of my concerns within a matter of minutes. These same concerns was what our campus team had to deal with the past several months. I'm very happy with the help that she offered me and my supervisor.
CONS: I feel the user interface is good. But from a person who just migrated from another system, it would be great to have some kind of training on the software. I thought the software in itself was intuitive. So having some training would be great.
