PROS: Pardot is clear, intuitive and easy to use system. The support team is amazing and you can reach them through chat or phone. They really care about all your needs. I like that they constantly update the UI so it can be more and more simple and understandable. By leading the step-by-step processes you can create campaigns and launch them. You can rely on the WYSIWYG editor if you are non-tech user or you can use codes if you already have some experience with it.
CONS: It took me some time to figure out how to quickly update the landing pages and emails, but I believe this is because I have used the old UI because the new UI is easier to use and to navigate.
The least favorable review
PROS: I like its interface because it is clear, understandable and easy to use. I often use the WISIWYG feature to build emails and templates. With the latest updates the customization of the email is extremely easy and fast and it doesn’t require HTML coding at all. I like that I’m allowed to change colors of all links within the email. There you can find lot of templates you can use, they are beautiful, colorful and clean.
CONS: I would like to see better organization of the platform including folder organization. Also, the sync of CRM platform still requires manual work. Additionally, the process of building a landing pages can be complicated because it is about working a 2-inch screen and you need to scroll in order to view the page.

PROS: The integration between Salesforce and Pardot has made it really easy to move leads to MQLs and Salesforce for conversion. Our team also likes the A/B testing features and rendering views for all platforms and devices Reporting, drip campaigns are also great.
CONS: It would be nice for Pardot to offer HTML that can coded by our designer within the platform. We had issues with customer support before when we first began working with Pardot; but they have been completely responsive now.

PROS: I like Pardot's ability to customize emails and automate drip campaigns based on our prospects' interests and location. Pardot has a user-friendly interface to organize prospects and marketing communications.

PROS: Pardot provides great report features. The tool itself is easy to use and it allows us to review the effectiveness of the efforts we make and what works best.
CONS: I don’t like that we cannot fully integrate Pardot. Also I need “export as PDF” options so we can easily provide print outs of the email templates. And an option with time tracking so we can see how much time we have spent on the email. The graphs are great but we would like to know about those who make the percentages. In addition, we would like to know who forwards the emails so we can know which contacts are interested.

PROS: First of all, this tool is easy to use but whenever we run into some issue all we have to do is to click on the “Talk to Pardot Solutions” button and the team shows up. They are highly useful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive to our needs. They always help us with some problem or issue. Also, I like its dynamic list feature it is easy to set up and helps you to deploy the business logic onto the campaigns so you can be sure that the right people will get the message at the right time.
CONS: What I don’t like is the process to import the email addresses in a list format.

PROS: Pardot's Salesforce integration gives you the power of salesforce within marketing automation. I also love that we are able to obtain on Adwords campaigns and any UTM campaign that we run, allowing us to tie these prospects directly to opportunities. Updates and training is also great and customer support has also been Incredible to assist if we need help or may be experiencing technical difficulties.
CONS: Not being able to see which webpages my opportunties/customers/prospects are visiting on an aggregate level is disappointing. I'm not also able to see how many of each segment visit each page, which would be useful for testing.

PROS: I like both user experience and environment. I am amazed of the support and response time. We have migrated from another solution to this one and its introduction videos where clear and understandable. I also like the community of the Pardot. As a designer I have to say that I love its templates for landing pages and emails and I haven’t experienced any issue when setting up files for future campaigns. We are able to include the marketing department so they can handle and work with recipient lists and analytics.
CONS: It has a learning curve, but if you are familiar with design and development then you won’t have any problems. I advise you to take a look and pay attention to its instructional videos so you won’t miss a detail.

PROS: First things first, Pardot’s customer support team is one of the best I have ever worked with. They helped us to create detailed launch plan and steps to successfully implement the product. They also helped us to migrate from another solution and to transfer everything we have built and reconfigured. We are allowed to measure the attributions in Pardot and Salesforce. I see that the system spends in engineering and product enhancements because they are very frequent.
CONS: I think they could add more thorough reporting for campaign influence and to improve the life-cycle and influence reporting. Also, it would be extremely helpful if they could add more options in drip programs.

PROS: Pardot's UI is very simple, with great filters and easy ways to manage and sort prospect data. Drip campaigns are great as well because they help do campaigns automatically. It has helped our business stay in front of our audience and has helped the business grow.
CONS: There needs to be more room for customization of data and reporting, especially for our needs. It would also be nice if Pardot has more options for filtering data.

PROS: Pardot is surprisingly easy to learn with the immense support database available and its incredibly easy to use dashboard. Reporting is also great as it is able to drill down more and provide some crucial, insightful data.
CONS: The connectors such as the ones for Facebook, LinkedIn, and WebEx can be a little confusing to implement, though this isn't directly related to how Pardot works. I also wish there were more features when building an email template within Pardot, like having more access to HTML specific code snippets that is unique to email and easier tracking methods.

PROS: Pardot is intuitive, easy to use software, we successfully implement it to our sales processes. I personally like the tracking, lead scoring and automation features. I like that the sales department has more lead information on their fingertips and the automation features saves lot of time. I also like the integration with SugarCRM and other 3rd party apps.
CONS: I need mobile app of this product and more reporting capabilities. But on the other side, they constantly improve the software and implement new features. I believe that they are working on mobile version. I like that its team is always open to new suggestions and ideas.

PROS: Pardot provides a new level of professionalism to our email marketing and provide a systematic approach to communicating with prospects and customers. Its full integration with Salesforce keeps all of our contact history in one place that's easily accessible. We've also been able to organize and streamline prospecting strategies, follow up tasks, and after-sale communication as well.
CONS: I wish there was a way to easily sort out emails from the account's activity history in Salesforce. Right now, activity history gets cluttered with duplicate entries for each contact in the account. It would be helpful to have a simple way to view activity history less the Pardot emails.

PROS: Pardot's easy to use and their customer support reps are quick to respond, helping me learn the system better and be able to leverage the systems' capabilities further. Its collaboration with Salesforce has made the system and its benefits even stronger.
CONS: Pardot's email feature does not offer all of the capabilities I would like to implement in email formatting and it's not always user friendly. I'd also love to see more reporting features available in the automated user reports system.

PROS: Pardot allows us to do the work of more than 20 people even though we are only 5 in our marketing department. Thanks to the automation, drip programs, page action alerts Sales we receive immediate notification when someone is interested and we are able to be more focused on creating the emails and new drips. I have to say that the Pardot’ support team is great they are always willing to help.
CONS: If you don’t use Salesforce then the integration with Pardot is not smooth, we had to solve the problem with some sync but it doesn’t works 100% perfect. But, this company always listens to their customers and I believe they could solve the problem and add more features.

PROS: Setting up forms for events and downloads and builiding lists (whether static or dynamic) is easy through Pardot, and its email authoring environment does not get in the way too much.
CONS: When our Pardot prospects become leads they get sent over to our Salesforce account. Unfortunately this has caused all kinds of validation issues on the Salesforce side. We're still trying to find a solution for this issue.
