PROS: Olark enables us to instantly engage our website visitors and never miss an opportunity to provide them with quality service, even when we are offline. The solution offers tons of customization that makes it easy for us to handle our visitors' needs with appropriate messages and timed responses. With awesome reports, you get to see who visited your site, the pages they checked, and the conversations they have within your site.

CONS: I sincerely can't find any flaw within the system. I highly recommend it.

PROS: As I sought the best customer chatting platform in the market, I encountered a number of them, including Olark. It comes with realtime user monitor and chat functionality that is very basic and akin to most what other customer chat services offer. Olark has useful features, including reporting, integration, departments, etc. While it does have some missing features that other solutions provide, Olark remains to be a very good service that is idea to new and small businesses.

CONS: I don't find Olark as friendly as advertised. Also there are features that other customer chat solutions have that Olark doesn't carry, like file sharing, screen capture from remote, SPI call, and ticket system to mention a few.

PROS: Olark is so simple and easy to set up. Because of it, we are now closer to our prospective customers and learners. It also doesn't take a lot in terms of money to find new leads and to convince them to sign up for courses before they close our site's window. This has given our sales team better peace of mind.

CONS: Olark should look into providing training sessions for users so that we can better exploit the app's features. Once we have gained an in-depth look into the tool, we can find ways or improve our existing methods of communicating with customers.

PROS: There’s nothing quite like Olark in the live chat market. By providing us with a set of tools for live chatting, it has allowed us to establish better relationships with our customers. Besides that, it works smoothly with some of the software that we use in the company too. It’s an overall great tool to use and the people behind it (especially the customer support team) are really great!

CONS: I actually like everything about this program!

PROS: Olark is very easy to implement in any department. I work in sales and use Olark to communicate with potential leads that come to out website. We aso leverage its live chat feature to deliver support. Olark is simple that it is quite easy to transfer someone to another operator without having to exit the application.

CONS: I do not have any issue with Olark although I have experienced a couple of service outages within the past 9 months. Such occurences are rare though.

PROS: First of all, Olark's support team has been very helpful to us. They go to lengths to assist us and we don't even have to break the bank to receive their wonderful support. That aside, the things that I like about Olark are its automated messages feature. Our company is able to automate popup messages that vary depending on which page of the website a person visits. Since we get to choose which messages to display, we can conduct A/B testing that can improve our targeting.

CONS: One thing that Olark could do to improve is to add automated chat messages as a feature. It would be a huge plus if customers can just choose between 'yes' and 'no' as answers, as they go through the sales pipeline.

PROS: Displays the online availability within color scheme. It also boasts of a very advanced system for rating. Integration with other applications is also easy. It's fun and easy to customize the platform, injecting brand elements for more oomph. The visitors analytics are also reliable. I love how Google is supported and that the system is designed to responsive on mobile screens. The live support feature is web-based and easy to embed to other framework or applications. Chat operators instantly engage us via their web browser live chat tool.

CONS: The software could have been more price friendly. Their free accounts cannot create more than 20 conversations a month. There are instances when the chat bar/Javascript loads slowly. There are awesome tools that seem to be hidden even from paid users.

PROS: Easily the user-friendliest chat web software available today. Getting started wasn't a pain and customizing the tool to suit our site is a walk in the park. We upgraded to a paid version and it was a good decision. We were able to tailor our account as well as prospect engagement based on our business requirements. We are also abel to integrate the chat functionality with our marketing pages and blogs as we are generating leads and moving them along in the sales process.

CONS: There is nothing about Olark that we dislike, especially after upgrading to a more advanced version.

PROS: It was very easy to embed Olark's live chat tool with just a single line of Javascript. With it, we are able to communicate with our users by retrieving particular ones (those that are triggered by analytics events) into the chat and then deliver our support without exiting the app. The web interface is pretty sweet but logs out too easily. While the free version is okay, I may need to get a premium version real soon. That said, the price point is relatively okay.

CONS: I hate that Olark doesn't have native mobile apps for Android and iOS devices. This lack of mobile apps makes other live chat applications a tad better than Olark. Also, there is no option for agents to set themselves as offline. Another thing I dislike is that the chat interface looks very generic and cannot be trusted, as if some robot is lurking at the other side.

PROS: It has provided a really good way for our customers to get in touch with us without having to pick up the phone. Everything has been going on smoothly with Olark, so far. We had the tool running in no time—the set-up was really easy. And the automated response options almost sound as if there’s still another human at the end of the chatbox.

CONS: Although they have succeeded in making the auto-responders sounds more human, it’s still quite lacking in this area. I’d like to be able to set up a set answers for some of the frequently asked questions too.

PROS: Olark delivers live chat functionality that enables you to support your product efficiently and effectively. This is big as we tend to be at the receiving end of torrents of phone calls that are usually about small questions and requests that have simple answers and solutions. With Olark's live chat feature, we can deliver the best customer service faster than what phone and email allowed us. The interface and user experience have been amazing so far. On top of that, we also get sufficient analytics on our customers.

CONS: While Olark is a great tool, I wish we could write multiple paragraphs to better convey our solutions to our clients. I also find it a bit frustrating that they are not flexible with the number of seats they sell. I have 6 potential users yet their packages double from 4 seats to 8.

PROS: Attracting high value traffic is a challenge for many online businesses. So is converting that traffic into happy and loyal customers. Olark has been able to help us with that. The tool allows us to create our own personalized to attract customers and engage them directly with our support reps. Olark also makes tracking customer movements and analyzing their sentiments easy.

CONS: I do find that Olark has come compatibility problems in terms of maing it play with applications crafted using older technologies and platform. As the application undergoes frequent upgrades, the API used to integrate the tool may change as well.

PROS: Olark has recently become our live chat solution and it is clear that our customer love it. The system instanly provided our clients with quick and easy access to out world class support group and that really made them happy. We initially implemented Olark on a small scale and after seeing that everything was so smooth, we decided to open up Olark to our whole client base. While the majority of our user base belongs to the older demographic, they didn't have a hard time using the system.

CONS: I would have loved it if Olark can provide us with more information like automatically. I believe it would be very beneficial to us if Olark can automaically retrieve information about the person on the other side of the chat.

PROS: I did not have any problems with the integration process. Everything was user-friendly, including the tools that are easy to use even for non-developers. Customization was a breeze. On top of that, they have an awesome customer service via their own live chat tool on their site. I have used the tool more than 10 times and everytime that I did, I always get a prompt response from their very kowledgeable support staff.

CONS: I have no bad experience with Olark. Everything is great.
