PROS: The Moosend platform has a superb, automated and organized interface, which is the reason why it is easy to navigate and use. This makes our operations flow seamlessly as well. Moosend also comes with a complete repository of tutorials and guides, as well as it’s backed by a trusty customer support service.

CONS: Moosend needs to improve WordPress integration. I also want to see more and better API and plugins.

PROS: Moosend is a perfect email marketing solution for my small business. It fits my skills as a newbie as well. PROS: We can use it instantly after signing-in, without too many inconveniences. Moosend doesn’t impose penalties simply because of minor mistakes too. The pricing is also suitable for our small enterprise because it lets us switch from free to premium smoothly. This makes it unnecessary for us to use another platform along with Moosend.

CONS: Based on my experience, Moosend has no cons at all. Everything is flawless, from its neat user interface to its step by step guide when sending out a campaign.

PROS: I’m happy that I’ve found Moosend for creating my very first newsletter campaign. It has excellent automated features that have helped me optimize all the contents I create. Moosend allows me to insert all necessary details and design for my campaign to yield great results, despite me being a newbie in creating newsletters. In addition, this comes in a free package deal, which is perfect for our small not for profit group with a small budget. This platform is helping us to scale a lot, especially for improving our services and operations for people with disabilities.

CONS: I often stumble on mistakes because the interface doesn’t have a scroll bar on its left side. This makes it somehow difficult for me to get particular results that I want or need at a given moment. Although, I find the CTRL+Z function very handy on such instances.

PROS: This platform features sufficient step-by-step guides for beginners in running email campaigns. Also, it is a free tool that doesn’t have any limitations especially during the trial phase, and a single account allows up to a thousand users. Meaning, you’d have a good chance of completely trying out the platform before actually using it.

CONS: I have nothing to complain about my experience in using Moosend. Everything is great from the start.

PROS: A business tech group strongly suggested me to use Moosend, and I have no regrets after trying the tool. It carries more features and has a higher delivery rate than other common emailing systems, but it is far more affordable as well. Moosend also lets me enjoy great user experience because of its ease of use and continuously improving features. Now, I’m planning to completely stop using our old emailing system.

CONS: Moosend has tons of features, that’s why I need to navigate through a few options when sending emails. This is somehow inconvenient when we need to send emails in an instant. That’s why I wish there’d be a rush or express sending options in the tool. Other than this, I have noticed no other problem with Moosend.

PROS: We’ve been choosing through many other email marketing platform tools but nothing has satisfied our demands. Fortunately, we’ve stumbled upon Moosend which is delivering every feature and functionality that we need at a very affordable price. Moosend is also improving continuously because of its regular updates that carry new features. It also has a fantastic user interface with a basic layout and is very convenient for use. And oh, its customer support team responses to all our queries quickly and efficiently.

CONS: I hope it would show us the value that customers have delivered after they click on our emails. Say, a customer clicks on a link that we’ve inserted in an email we’ve sent, and then he has ordered on our site. A metric that would show the price of his order would be helpful. I haven’t found any other email marketing tool that has this feature. Other than this suggestion, there is no other negative thing to say about this great product.

PROS: Moosend has robust features that let me easily create emails, funnels, schedules and lists among others. It has a very easy to use and neat email creation feature too, so we can churn out high quality contents instantly for our clients. Moreover, the user support service is also very reliable and has a really quick response time.

CONS: I am not satisfied with the user experience that Moosend provides to new users. Thankfully, however, it comes with helpful tutorials, guides and user support services that anyone can benefit from.

PROS: Moosend offers enticing pricing such as letting us run small email campaigns for free. The support staff is all professional in helping us sort out problems too; even in the free package.

CONS: There are moments when I’m confused about whether I’m editing a template for a specific campaign or if I’m tweaking the general template. A label somewhere in the interface would be useful.

PROS: Moosend is a very intuitive and easy to use platform for email marketing. Anybody can even use it seamlessly; including those who are new to automatic email marketing. It helps all users get accurate results too. The overall user experience is wonderful with Moosend.

CONS: Moosend goes somehow sluggish in some instances. Although, the platform’s slowest speed isn’t that bad to continue working with.

PROS: The free package of Moosend already carries all features that I need for emailing, campaigns and forms. Also, Moosend has a stellar team of user support that is comprised of responsive and professional staff. They always guide me when I need help for tweaking the spam proof, preparing forms, as well as for automating processes.

CONS: There are moments when the editor doesn’t show when I need to change something in the campaigns or forms. However, I have observed that it shows back up when I switch to the mobile view then back to the desktop view. Moreover, the mailing list doesn’t come with a search engine, which makes it quite difficult to find specific contact details instantly.

PROS: I have tried many other email marketing platforms available. However, Moosend makes email marketing campaigns easy to begin, manage, run and scale. Anybody who is doing email marketing or is planning to do so should try Moosend.

CONS: There are certain dates when I cannot send emails through Moosend. This pushes me to use other solutions, or temporarily stop my operations.

So, you can pick one depending on what you can spend. We had consumed a long time when setting up Moosend, but we are happy with the result. The company behind the Moosend platform is also wonderful especially that they share the same principles and culture with many of our own. Other advanced functionalities should be enhanced too. For example, I’m pushed to use their own online form creator, which means I need to learn its function. This is somehow a hassle for me, especially that I already have an existing online form. I hope I can simply insert a custom link to my own form. Another issue I’ve observed is that Moosend doesn’t allow me to completely delete an e-mail from the list. It only allows me to deactivate e-mails. Although, this is not impeding our operations in any way. The WYSIWYG feature is also somehow restricting the things that I want to do on the platform. I am an advanced user, and I think that the UI is too simple that it fails to meet my skills. Yes, this is brilliant for newbies, but I hope there’d be customization features to suit advance Moosend users. I am also curious about the plans of Moosend developers about the platform’s improvements. For example, I am curious about the features they are planning to release, their strategies for scaling the tool, as well as their development layout among other details. Statistical data about the platform’s uptime and downtime would be helpful too. Lastly, better flexibility in terms of pricing would be amazing too. Say, offering a small startup company a premium version but with up to 50% discount for a year. This is to apply the regular rates at the right time when such a company has already scaled.

PROS: Making an email template has become faster, and our newsletters now look very professional and cool. This makes client communication super smooth, despite our specialty being raw data process. As a result, our quarterly newsletters for financial planning to clients have improved. Smartly enough, the tool also lets us insert a link in our emails that clients can easily follow with a click. This is great for delivering tons of traffic to our site, which translates to an increase in conversion rates and sales.

CONS: I’ve found the templates for financial advisers very insufficient. I hope Moosend would include more than 5 templates for each industry; such as for finances, construction and restaurants among others. Also, I experience some problems when saving personalized templates. A custom template that I’ve supposedly saved questionably disappears when I logged back in. I hope template saving would become more automatic.
