PROS: I love how functional both the free and corporate accounts are!

CONS: I wish we could also utilize MailChimp for CRM.

PROS: It is so user-friendly that even someone without experience can easily design an appealing email and campaign. It also allows the user to schedule and automate sending mass emails.

CONS: Some of the mails that I send were considered spam due to some texts or phrases on the subject line. I think it would be better if the app would allow users to use different headlines or subject lines for the same content.

PROS: I triend multiple tools before this, and it is so far the best and most effective one! I love how it allows users to monitor and track campaign performances. It reports statistics, so it's easier for you to adjust your campaigns to improve their performance.

CONS: They can improve some actions, such as deleting the contact list because it has to be done manually right now. I also hope they would put up a customer support number so it would be easier to reach out for assistance.

PROS: I love MailChimp! It has tons of automation tools that allow us to send emails and newsletters regularly. Their customer service is excellent, too! I also love that they have free plans (that is also highly functional, by the way!). The integrations are also great for improving the overall performance of the app.

CONS: MailChimp is great! I have no complaints.

PROS: It makes communication with our target customers/audiences a lot easier–from sending newsletters to job opportunities. They also have the option to unsubscribe to our emails if they want to.

CONS: So far, our experience is good with MailChimp.

PROS: It makes your emails and newsletters visually-appealing and professional looking. It's accessible through different devices. We're also able to gather new customers and get customer feedback easily.

CONS: I'm encountering some issues with the layout sometimes–the images and texts overlap. The site also slows down sometimes. These issues would delay our work because we have to redo some of the tasks.

PROS: Both the free and premium versions are great to use! The premium version has more functionalities, but that doesn't make the free version unimpressive. The templates would surely make your emails look professional and engaging. On the backend, everything is so organized and easy to manage.

CONS: I think they need to improve on their customer support because sometimes you have to learn to resolve the issues yourself and it's a bit time-consuming.

PROS: MailChimp is a perfect tool for creating marketing emails and campaigns. All the functions are very fluid. I'd also love to commend their support team, who promptly resolves any problem.

CONS: I hope they would improve how the tools are arranged in the dashboard because I think it's not the most optimized placing.

PROS: There are too many good things about MailChimp: (1) affordable and flexible plans; (2) Great selection of templates; (3) awesome content studio; and (4) functional emailing tool.

CONS: They need to improve their customer support, make the setup stage easier, and make the desktop app downloadable.

PROS: I love the layout designs available in the program. It is easily customizable, and it makes our emails look super professional. Aside from the looks, it also helps us work efficiently because preparing marketing campaigns and monitoring was made easier by MailChimp.

CONS: It's a bit complicated to learn at first, mostly if you haven't set what you want to do for your marketing. But it's not overwhelming to know it. You'd easily get comfortable using it.

PROS: MailChimp is great because: (1) it allows you to send emails to thousands of subscribers; (2) it made organize mailing lists easier; (3) it will enable you to see the performance metrics of your campaigns; (4) it's good for personal and business us; and (5) it perfectly integrates with social media sites.

CONS: I think it's better if the templates are not too basic, and I hope it's more customizable.

PROS: MailChimp is a reliable app for emailing and online campaign management. Their customer support is awesome, too!

CONS: I didn't like it when the program had some updates. It was perfectly working before, and now I'm having a hard time adjusting to the changes. Thankfully, you have a good customer support team to assist!

PROS: MailChimp's features are beneficial in growing our business. The automated email marketing and campaigns increased the engagement of our target customers.

CONS: I hope they'd raise the available features in the free version.

PROS: I've used MailChimp in all the companies I've worked so far, which speaks good enough of its quality even without me praising it around. What I like the most is having steady templates organized in a comprehensive database, and I think that's really important for novice users who have no idea what to do with their emails. Now, if you're an advanced user that can do his own customization, MailChimp has amazing tracking options where you can use your own design and familiarize with its unique scheduling features.

CONS: You have to be really nitpicky in order to say something bad about MailChimp. Formatting is not always that perfect, and it occurs that certain designs don’t look the same in different email systems, but I don't think MailChimp is to be blame for it.

PROS: This app has a free version that is already highly functional. It's straightforward, customizable, and user-friendly. The analytics provide us enough useful information to help us improve our campaigns and keep our customers engaged.

CONS: The default templates are so simple, you need extra effort to customize them according to your brand image, and it's a bit laborious. I don't particularly appreciate that MailChimp cancels our account without notice when the unsubscribe rate is high.

PROS: It is an intelligent way to do marketing! MailChimp is equipped with tools that allow us to manage our campaigns, mail lists and track their performance.

CONS: I find the customization option for the layout a bit limited. I wish they would allow more complex customizations.

PROS: Using MailChimp is an overall good experience. Its best features include list management capabilities, customizations, and great integrations.

CONS: Since I've been using MailChimp for years now, I'm a bit slow when it comes to adjusting to the new user-interface.

PROS: I am able to import my own templates to MailChimp and customize them to meet my marketing needs. It creates very professional newsletters and tracks all activities of our customers as they visit our website.

CONS: The segmentation features can be advanced more to be able to create segments depending on who opened one or all emails and who clicked on certain links.

PROS: The best thing about it is the extent of customization you can do with your email! Almost everything is possible -- images, action buttons, etc.

CONS: I hope they would optimize MailChimp to work well even with slow internet.

PROS: I love MailChimp's functionalities: (1) its ability to send emails to a large group of people and tracking these emails, as well as the status of the campaigns; (3) its straightforward design tool; and (4) the quality of email formats it can produce.

CONS: It's a bit overwhelming if you don't have experience with online marketing because of the terms. It's easy to learn, though.

PROS: MailChimp was the result of a long and comprehensive research, and managed to defeat even more advanced platforms simply because it was easy. Functions are well-organized and stored on a centralized dashboard, one that is so easy that it takes few minutes to get hands around. Campaigns are automated and can be set up easily, templates are customized in an entertaining manner, social network integration is solid, and the knowledge base is amazing. Still, have in mind that what you get is what you paid for.

CONS: You have to pay for it, and the payment methods aren't perfect. If you choose a paid plan from the beginning, it will upgrade to the next one automatically, and it is very blurry why and how this is happening. They don't accept PayPal, which I really don't understand, as PayPal is probably the only tool that would notify me upon any payment withdrawn by MailChimp.

PROS: MailChimp isn't only helpful to us but to our clients, as well. It allows them to manage their list, send emails, and run campaigns without being too complicated. It is a great tool to let people know about a company's product or services without being too spam-y.

CONS: The available formats are really simple, so you would need to customize them to fit your brand image. There are also some instances where our subscription would be downgraded without notice.

PROS: I love that it's cloud-based, so it's easier to access regardless of your location. Creating, managing, and tracking marketing campaigns is so convenient with Mailchimp! You don't have to have a strong background in coding to make professional and visually-appealing emails. It also allows you to increase your subscribers up to 2,000.

CONS: I hope they would improve and optimize their website to be easier to navigate around it.

PROS: Among MailChimp's best features are its ability to handle thousands of subscribers, its customizable email templates, its user-friendly editing tool, its integrations that enhance the overall functionality of the app, its mailing and campaign functions, and its ability to monitor and track the campaign performance

CONS: I hope there are other available languages in MailChimp aside from English.

PROS: You can take advantage of MailChimp's functions even if you just avail the free version. It allows us to increase the number of our subscribers from hundreds to thousands. The integrations with other programs are great as well as it improves the functionality of Mailchimp.

CONS: It's user-friendly but not beginner-friendly. I wish MailChimp would create more tutorial videos and courses to improve the user experience.

PROS: MailChimp is a great tool to reach out to your customers and leads. It allows you to send professional and attractive emails. You set event-triggered emails, or you can also schedule sending mass emails.

CONS: The premium plan is a bit pricey for small business. I also realized that with MailChimp's frequent use, your emails might end up in the spam folder. Tracking sometimes doesn't work well.

PROS: The challenge for me was to replicate campaigns and lists, I was not able to do that before. I work in the non-profit sector where there aren't that many innovations, so I use the system to replicate emails for donors and volunteers, instead of creating new ones from scratch. They have a great scheduling feature, and a preview option that shows me how emails look on receivers' desktops before I send them, so I'm pretty professional in avoiding mistakes. The option is a real blessing for mobile devices, knowing how often people use their phones to check emails. It is also packed with comparable analytic options, which are not that easy to use (click rates, bounce rates, etc), but once you're familiar with them, you won't have a problem using them either.

CONS: It depends on which template you're using, but customization can be tricky at times. I'm a bit of perfectionist, one of those that need 5 hours to handle spacing between blocks, but in case you don't want things to be that perfect, you won't even mind. There are kinks for every action, you just need to know where they are and how you should use them. Obviously, don't expect it to be InDesign-easy, because it's main task is not design after all, and it was not created with the purpose to let you move things around with a single click (imagine what savvy users could do with it!). The secret, if you ask me, is to discover the perfect template for your needs (even a premium one) and to customize it at ones, otherwise the editing limitations will always be an issue for you.

PROS: MailChimp probably doesn't sound that powerful, but trust me, the name has nothing to do with the capacity! MailChimp is a beast in online marketing, wiping competition out with amazing templates, rigourous listing, incredibly easy interface, and top notch analytics. The workflow is robust but simple, segmentation is streamlined, and support is live and very responsive, and there is also a free plan to try it out, while paid rates depend on the size of your business and its growth rates.

CONS: The thing is that MailChimp is completely different from all platforms of its kind, and migrating to it with excessive data and multiple subscribers can be a bit bumpy. You need to understand how it works, and the main hint to do it is to put the needs of your user in front of your own. Your lists will work out, and the effort will be worth it, trust me and you will be impressed.

PROS: The design and interface of this software are straightforward to use and very intuitive. It is also straightforward to understand how to use and makes getting data out very easy. The campaign dashboard for this software is very friendly. When the user is replicating a campaign, you can be able to see all information on one page instead of clicking through separate pages. You will therefore not fear if something changed because it is evident in one place.

CONS: The premium account is a bit costly and might not be the best choice if the user has to send high-volume of mails but with lesser cost.

PROS: With MailChimp, you don't have to pay a fortune for an upper plan, you just take the free mode and all necessary functionality will be right there. It will help you manage your lists, divide the audience in specific groups, and create cute newsletters for every group. We are lucky enough to use to paid version, and I can tell you that the features in there are fantastic! Automation is the one I like the most, but I'm satisfied with everything else. You also need to know that analytics are available in the free version, that's really rare in email marketing.

CONS: Doesn't really help international companies, because I doesn't support multiple languages to create forms in. I had a case like that, and I needed to make the subscription invitation in Italian, but the box remained in English and I couldn't change it. I contacted them right away, but they couldn't solve it either, even if I know they tried their best to do it.

PROS: MailChimp is so easy and beautiful! I mean, all those templates that look amazingly professional are just irreplaceable! Valuable addition to every business (even when you're using the free mode), at the same time fast and leaving no space for confusion (my open rates are currently higher than the average in my industry!). I'm lazy sometimes, but MailChimp always saves me, as it sends my emails immediately, even if I am waiting for the last moment to do it.

CONS: It is impossible not to like a tool that unties your hands to do all editing you want. I think it is really malleable and personalized, and I'm taking advantage of it as much as I can. Of course, the coolest features are not for free, but who could blame them? Were I really sure about attracting new subscribers, I'd probably pay even more to obtain them.

PROS: Easy to setup, easy to integrate, a great builder for your media templates, and easy distribution. It is really good for small and niche businesses with 12 k email and 2 k contacts free for lifetime, it really ease something that helps you grow.

CONS: I did not find any problems with it, using it for the past 2 years

PROS: I wanted to understand the effectiveness of my emailing performance, and that's when MailChimp became most useful to me. I'm a huge fan of its reporting functions, and how they analyze all critical metrics without bothering users with complex technicaities. My personal favorite is A/B testing, because I don't put too much effort in, and I still get to estimate which emails and posts are most relevant to my audience. What is really important to new users is that MailChimp has a flexible dra-and-drop platform, much easier to use than the HTML fuss we're otherwise used to. Listing is also perfect in case you have many different subscribers (I use it to divide members from donors, for instance).

CONS: The strange thing about the platform is that it has all layout customization options under one roof, but they are not really well connected. For instance, I'd love to be able to do some text wrapping around the boxes and the image cards, but as things are now, I can't. Regardless of this issue, I'm absolutely satisfied with the tool because it doesn't require me to go through complex HTML coding, that's absolutely enough.

PROS: MailChimp has been in our team for quite a while, and we use it for all sorts of activities: sending news, sharing events, promotion sales, and press releases with current and prospective customers. Everything in our team rotates around MailChimp-it is the easiest and most efficient tool we've ever used! The reason why we chose it is that it is very well integrated, and that means the world to our industry. MailChimp is also friendly and fast, and I think everybody should at least try it.

CONS: I would prefer more font customization options, but I understand that's not easy with so many integrations around. What would be really cool (and I think it's even possible) is to create an email database, and to archive all emails I've sent using MailChimp. There are obviously outdated lists we don't need anymore, but you never know when a user can appear with a specific request, and it's better to send mails to a centralized location, instead of cluttering the dashboard with them.

PROS: If you're looking for a simple and lovely tool, MailChimp is a decent choice. To me, it was a self explanatory program, fully enabled with marketing options, timely and efficient performance, trend compliance, and a variety of options to push newletters in in my emails. What I like the most is transparency, because I get to see who opened, deleted, or read the emails I'm sending, since I use this information to divide potential customers and interested clients from uninterested ones.

CONS: Lining is not the best one, same with layouts and color schemes in general. I am not allowed to do all customization the way I would like, and I especially hate thatt their options are so limited.

PROS: I know nobody likes email marketing, it is probably the most boring task you can get. What MailChimp did for me was to transform my entire perception of email marketing, converting it into something I absolutely enjoy doing! After all, why would one mind working on such an intuitive dashboard, full of cool and effective options for sending mailshots at the blink of an eye? I was a skeptic too, but trust me: it is possible! MailChimp makes things very easy, as it is a clean and organized system with simple back end configuration, and gives you a chance to do things your way. I think that's the plus that keeps it above the threshold, and that's why competitors can't beat it as hard as they try. Another thing I really appreciate about the platform is reliable customer support, since I communicate with friendly people who make things easy for me, and they even sent me a Christmas gift! That's how you treat customers!

CONS: I don't believe in perfection, but MailChimp is among the few perfect things I've seen so far. I can't remember a single bad thing as much as I try, the platform does everything you expect it to do.

PROS: The main idea behind MailChimp was, I guess, to support small businesses that are at the dawn of their online marketing experience, and it does it amazingly well. As a final result, we get professionally looking campaigns, ones nobody would think were made without expert coding knowledge and hours of dedicated work. MailChimp turns email marketing into a song, and allows you to do everything with few simple steps, following its user-friendly interface. There is a free plan with awesome features, but also a variety of paid templates you could customize to the needs of your business.

CONS: The inteface is so simple that it appears basic at time, that’s what I don't like. It's not like you can't write the HTML directly on the email, that's up to you, but the usual thing is to skip it, and paste text on the template you've chosen.

PROS: As an end user, I find the interface fairly intuitive, and I think that's the biggest advantage of this tool. I work in a diverse community, where only a small percentage of people have experience in design and web development, but MailChimp has pushed its way towards everybody's desk. Most users are traditional marketers who have little (if not none) online marketing experience, and they still make the most of MailChimp. Definitely easy to use, I recommend it to versatile teams.

CONS: I don't exactly mind anything about it, but I guess there are few useful improvements that can be made. The way things function at the moment, you're supposed to open an account for every location, and it is because you can't use it the same way when different entities are concerned. It was the only way for us to divide users and lists, and it was successful, even if we spent some serious amount of time doing it. What makes it complicated, however, is being forced to improvise and to log in on hundredths different accounts, so I hope they will solve the thing as soon as possible.
