PROS: This tool does care about the growth of your company. You can see the passion the team has when you meet them for strategies, discover new product functions, etc.. The customer support is also great and always have a prompt response and always have the ideas about how to improve our company.
CONS: We've really enjoyed using Klaviyo and there's nothing to dislike about it.

PROS: It's an email marketing program that helps me build my subscription list and send bulk emails to everyone. It's the best app that I'm actually using. It helps me to remain connected to my clients and deliver all of my company's ads. The sales also have improved a lot when we started using this program. It enables us to recover buyers that haven't finished their orders, give them a coupon by email to get a discount. It's a very essential app for our business.
CONS: It works well but it's costly. It's hard to find something I don't like about this app, it's very helpful and fulfills all functions properly. The only part I don't like it its cost. This program offers pricey services so, with many customers, I have to spend a lot of money.

PROS: An all-in-one price includes all updates so I don't need to pay for additional fees. The support page and video instructions are very helpful especially when transitioning to the app. Shopify integration was incredibly quick and simple. It also helps me to easily add items from my list.
CONS: System logic is more straightforward but the workflow designs are more difficult to implement. Transactional client addresses aren't also readily recognizable.

PROS: I have already used many email marketing tools, but Klaviyo for me is one of the best. Created for eCommerce and knows company expectations with email marketing and customer behavior. It has an email automation template you can easily use and efficiently set-up the flows. Then there is the amazing consumer data that allows fast, targeted market segmentation to really reach the right market for the right content, creating higher click rates and conversions. It's easy to integrate with other applications, customer support is also good, and having to use it for several online stores, you can also link accounts that allow you to switch to and fro, and most significantly, copy email models from different accounts so it saves time to create new templates. Additionally, creating a beautiful email is so easy and one of the easiest to use along with reliable performance and boot info!
CONS: There's a problem when sending a test email. When we test out our emails, the links work perfectly but when it goes live, the links are now broken. It has happened a couple of times and it's kind of awkward and unprofessional. We could not figure out the reason. The lack of 24hr customer service. You need to wait for long hours for you to be able to talk to someone. It's really difficult especially that we are on a different timezone as their customer support. They respond quickly via email but if you need anything urgent, you can't hold anyone.

PROS: Our clients couldn't see ad revenue and other platforms can't let you see the automation too. Klaviyo does all that. We can now track what's effective, what isn't, and what to concentrate on next.
CONS: I don't have anything to dislike. They have excellent post-sale service, and any problems with the technical we had were resolved.

PROS: Been using it for quite some time now and I must say that I really liked it. I don't have any idea when I started using it but I appreciate all the simple emails explained for me as it made it easier. It was very user-friendly, easy to operate and offers incredible features every e-commerce platform may require. The work flows all function smoothly and I even created a complex flows with minimum stress and effort. The website engagement is also so simple you are able to segment your customers based on their participation. With these segments, I can send them tailored emails that could convert them later on. I also really loved their customer support.
CONS: There's nothing. It's astounding from the user experience to the customer support.

PROS: Simple but with having many functions. Strong flows. It's user-friendly and emails only require minimal coding. Predictive and churn data analysis help generate accurate marketing campaigns. It can also build omnichannel campaigns by embedding email and SMS.
CONS: Reporting and smart blocks are a bit challenging. Flows are designed differently from most campaign automation tools.

PROS: The segmentation functionality is perfect. The flows are quick to execute. It has increased my business' profits.
CONS: It's a little more expensive compared to others. Also, it’ll be great if there are more flow features and more flexibility to the segments. PROS: It's such an excellently-designed, efficient email marketing platform.
CONS: I was able to insert TypeForm surveys into emails via Klaviyo. But Klaviyo however, could not add the survey data to a defined email address. This seems to be a no-brainer, but perhaps not many users need that particular feature with TypeForm integration.

PROS: Klaviyo helps in the improvement of our email marketing. Creating digital marketing campaigns and automatic email flows make it a valuable tool. Their sophisticated segmentation and analytics capabilities were proven beneficial too.
CONS: HTML email builder doesn't automatically save your work and that's actually what I don't like about Klaviyo. You need to scroll back to the top for you to save it. It would have been nice if there's a "floating" button to save or an auto-save function so that you don't accidentally lose all your work just because you forgot to save it.
