Jotform Review

PROS: easy to use with simple interface , i really like it

CONS: none

PROS: To better prepare our salon, we started distributing Jotform waiver forms to avoid wasting paper and avoid unnecessary touch points. As a user of Google Forms, I found JotForm to be a more robust form builder with more tools, arguably easier to use, with desktop, mobile iOS and tablet integrations. It provides you easy ways to increase your form submission limits for free and has a clear and straightforward pricing model.

CONS: No issues are present at the moment

PROS: This form builder appeared promising at first, as we were going to use it as an application form for our company. We had bought the one-year paid subscription. A critical issue was to get the form translated into different languages to assist our applicants. After we translated the whole form, which took multiple hours, the form was working fine and translations were working fine too.

CONS: However, after some testing, we realized the translations had suddenly disappeared for no reason, and most importantly, despite trying to restore the form to a previous version, we couldn't retrieve the translations. We contacted support (which is only possible via a Q&A forum, no email or phone line available) who told us the problem would be passed to the developers and be looked at. Needless to say, after multiple messages from our side and after a month's time, no one reached out from the developers and solved our issue. As a result, we requested a full refund and will never use the service again. This got us many weeks back of our schedule in the HR Department of our company, and honestly it's a service we would never recommend to anyone.

PROS: Easy to access and provides support to my business.

CONS: I wish you can make it easier to use. I think that the original pdf transformation to building the form is scattered a bit.

PROS: Easy to customize and straight forward to create a form survey or event a take away delivery order, suitable for a small business

CONS: Customize a payment order which it might be better without proceed payment

PROS: Very easy to use and better than google. Great features that are super easy.

CONS: I would like to have the option to close or limit an item once it reaches capacity.

PROS: The best aspects of this product is simplicity of use.

CONS: I didn't find anything worth of mention. For making forms its best app out there...

PROS: I really like its advanced design interface for customizing forms. It is intuitive and user friendly solution. There are great integration options like embed, pop-up form, lightbox, link and others which are customizable as well. Also, for the first 5 forms you can use HetForm for free.

CONS: The could make the initial building portion of the interface simple. Also, the process of integrating productrs and payment is not as intuitive as it shlould be. Also, I don’t like its logo on every form but I believe this is because of the free version as well.

PROS: It's very easy to use and get set up! The best aspect of this product is the fact that you can get a PDF version of form submission.

CONS: The interface to get form submissions is a bit clunky and outdated compared to the rest of the interface.

PROS: The ease of use. very intuitive and user-friendly.

CONS: I wish there was a support phone number.

PROS: Great features. This form is better than google doc because of its amazing features

CONS: I don’t know how to change my payment methods but I can’t see the “Billing” point as guided

PROS: I love the amount of templates they offer...It is the best thing since sliced bread.

CONS: I could work on being able to make up my mind on which template to go with.

PROS: I like how easily you can use the drag and drop form and they really meet even the basic needs for each form. You can easily add into own graphics and add minor features so you can create the product the way you want. Its free version has great set of features available.

CONS: If you try to overcustomize the form you can be easily confused because you might into some specific aspects of each line if you’re trying to make it perfect.

PROS: Ease of use, everything flows great and effieciently.

CONS: I find there are no issues with the software other than being able to save progress right on the form itself.

PROS: The setting up a form is simple process. It offers great inbtegrations with Wordpress and Google drive. Its tagging system helps us to better organize the forms and to find what we need in most easiest way. You can use from its templates so you can reduce the time instead of creating new ones.

CONS: It lacks support and the site can be cumbersome. I’ve submitted support tickets long time ago and I’ve never receive and answer back.

PROS: Easy to use for anyone. It allows us to store and organize information about our customers in a more efficient way

CONS: More templates would be nice

PROS: This is one of the most user friendly forms online and produces a lot of useful information, allowing for Excel , CSV and PDF downloads.

CONS: I have not found one yet , other than the big jump from 100 submissions limit on the free versions , to the paid for version. For a small one man band it is quite severe.

PROS: JotForm is extremely easy to use solution and it has great features. In less than no time you can have high professional form that can be easily integrated into emails or website. I like that there are lot of extensions and it offers solutions for every kind of scenario.

CONS: I cannot think of something that I might dislike.

PROS: Easy to use and set up, customer service is amazing. Product is a saving grace for me that now allows me to add multiple affiliates and re-sellers at the touch of a button

CONS: I couldnt find any. when I had some set up problems since I am now to this form customer service answered them for me without hesitation

PROS: The form builder is very easy to use even for entry-level office staff.

CONS: The site is very easy to use and understand!

PROS: Loads of integrations like Square, PayPal, OneBip

CONS: More form with the free account

PROS: It's so user-friendly, anyone can make a form that does a variety of things in minutes -- without a lot of coding! They link in with SO many third-party companies, like Google Sheets and Google Drive, and can even accept payments!

CONS: The customizations are a little clunky and not as slick as the overall form builder itself. You're mostly limited to colors and round corners.

PROS: Easy to use, great features, let down by extremely poor customer service. Will never use again, paid for a service that was cut off without warning for no reason whatsoever. Rude staff.

CONS: Locked out of my paid account, deleted all forms and cancelled my subscription for no reason with no warning or explanation!!

PROS: I have been searching for an online client consultation form for my business that didn't cost an arm and a leg, plenty of customization options, and able to match to my website. JotForm provided all that and more.

CONS: It was very easy to use, I currently don't see any problematic areas.

PROS: The drag and drop feature is easy to use, the UI is clear and intuitive and it has everything you need. It offers drop down lists, check boxes and other tools. I’ve used other form builder solution but in my experience this one is simple to use. Also, I like that I can download submissions, we can download it into Excel, CSV or PDF. JotForm is reliable platform especially the third party platform.

CONS: It can be complicated to find account information like number of submissions and the way to get more space for forms. Also, it has limitations when it comes to downloading, only 20 downloads of PDF submissions at a time.

PROS: Love jotform! User-friendly building, Full of apps, widgets and toys for a truly personalised form. I have been experiencing some tech difficulties, fabulous, fast personal service day or night.

CONS: All good!

PROS: Fairly easy to use and can use custom domain if required

CONS: Dreadful tec. support completely ignoring what is a big problem with form submissions

PROS: I’m using JotForm on a daily basis. I can easily build professional looking forms and collect data. Also, you can build forms and add layer of security to avoid spam when sharing links to the forms. I’m able to configure forms so all the notific ations are sent to me. It has great extensions by third part developers. The price is affordable and I like that it offers discounts constantly.

CONS: In my opinion, configuring email notifications when the forms are submitted can be cumbersome because email notifications are not allways sent to the accounts.

PROS: Lots of custom integrations to create an efficient process for a detailed analysis!!!

CONS: App some integration needs a lot of improvement. I saw some reviews had five stars but when I click on individual reviews they had zero stars and complaints about bugs and crashing. Not consistent - five stars w a very bad verbal review??

PROS: The best feature of Jotform is it is free. If you quota is not enough for you, there is a Get More feature. It increases your quota limit permanently. And still it is free. It is really easy to go through the form, it is very self explanatory. And you have the option to receive the form as a pdf. You may then print this if you wish.

CONS: Sometimes on amendment of the original form, the old link sometimes get error data. So we have to use the new link to get the updates.
