PROS: To better prepare our salon, we started distributing Jotform waiver forms to avoid wasting paper and avoid unnecessary touch points. As a user of Google Forms, I found JotForm to be a more robust form builder with more tools, arguably easier to use, with desktop, mobile iOS and tablet integrations. It provides you easy ways to increase your form submission limits for free and has a clear and straightforward pricing model.

CONS: No issues are present at the moment

PROS: This form builder appeared promising at first, as we were going to use it as an application form for our company. We had bought the one-year paid subscription. A critical issue was to get the form translated into different languages to assist our applicants. After we translated the whole form, which took multiple hours, the form was working fine and translations were working fine too.

CONS: However, after some testing, we realized the translations had suddenly disappeared for no reason, and most importantly, despite trying to restore the form to a previous version, we couldn't retrieve the translations. We contacted support (which is only possible via a Q&A forum, no email or phone line available) who told us the problem would be passed to the developers and be looked at. Needless to say, after multiple messages from our side and after a month's time, no one reached out from the developers and solved our issue. As a result, we requested a full refund and will never use the service again. This got us many weeks back of our schedule in the HR Department of our company, and honestly it's a service we would never recommend to anyone.

PROS: I really like its advanced design interface for customizing forms. It is intuitive and user friendly solution. There are great integration options like embed, pop-up form, lightbox, link and others which are customizable as well. Also, for the first 5 forms you can use HetForm for free.

CONS: The could make the initial building portion of the interface simple. Also, the process of integrating productrs and payment is not as intuitive as it shlould be. Also, I don’t like its logo on every form but I believe this is because of the free version as well.

PROS: The setting up a form is simple process. It offers great inbtegrations with Wordpress and Google drive. Its tagging system helps us to better organize the forms and to find what we need in most easiest way. You can use from its templates so you can reduce the time instead of creating new ones.

CONS: It lacks support and the site can be cumbersome. I’ve submitted support tickets long time ago and I’ve never receive and answer back.

PROS: This is one of the most user friendly forms online and produces a lot of useful information, allowing for Excel , CSV and PDF downloads.

CONS: I have not found one yet , other than the big jump from 100 submissions limit on the free versions , to the paid for version. For a small one man band it is quite severe.

PROS: It's so user-friendly, anyone can make a form that does a variety of things in minutes -- without a lot of coding! They link in with SO many third-party companies, like Google Sheets and Google Drive, and can even accept payments!

CONS: The customizations are a little clunky and not as slick as the overall form builder itself. You're mostly limited to colors and round corners.

PROS: The drag and drop feature is easy to use, the UI is clear and intuitive and it has everything you need. It offers drop down lists, check boxes and other tools. I’ve used other form builder solution but in my experience this one is simple to use. Also, I like that I can download submissions, we can download it into Excel, CSV or PDF. JotForm is reliable platform especially the third party platform.

CONS: It can be complicated to find account information like number of submissions and the way to get more space for forms. Also, it has limitations when it comes to downloading, only 20 downloads of PDF submissions at a time.

PROS: I’m using JotForm on a daily basis. I can easily build professional looking forms and collect data. Also, you can build forms and add layer of security to avoid spam when sharing links to the forms. I’m able to configure forms so all the notific ations are sent to me. It has great extensions by third part developers. The price is affordable and I like that it offers discounts constantly.

CONS: In my opinion, configuring email notifications when the forms are submitted can be cumbersome because email notifications are not allways sent to the accounts.

PROS: The best feature of Jotform is it is free. If you quota is not enough for you, there is a Get More feature. It increases your quota limit permanently. And still it is free. It is really easy to go through the form, it is very self explanatory. And you have the option to receive the form as a pdf. You may then print this if you wish.

CONS: Sometimes on amendment of the original form, the old link sometimes get error data. So we have to use the new link to get the updates.
