PROS: The call tree mapping feature makes everything look easy. You can drag and drop to make calls without much effort. It brings efficiency to the tool and the workplace making your work simple. The interface is right for any business, which beats the competition.
CONS: The 24/7 customer support for North American customers is not reliable regarding the language. During the day it is all good but when it comes to night time, the language barrier comes in. The live chat feature is not available at all times, which can prove to be a problem. The option of email support takes time to get the feedback, which can be annoying. Finally, sometimes the system is down.

PROS: I like the integration with Internet Explorer, it is smooth and without glitch. It works perfectly with other systemts and app tool. It offers smooth collaboration across systems and apps. It is for internal collaboration and this means that security system is really good.
CONS: It is extremely complicated when it comes to resetting password, it has lot of steps to follow in order to get to the right screen. The tool is not simple nor intuitive one. I’m not sure whether this program works only with Internet Explorer because some apps work better on Google.

PROS: It helps to improve the quality of a call. For traditional phone systems, quality is always a problem. Jive comes in to ensure that you receive and make quality calls to your recipients. Configuration is another part that this tool offers. You can configure the system with ease depending on your needs.
CONS: Billing for the product seems to take a lot of time. Before you can set up a payment option and execute it so that you can start using the software, it takes time. The delay can be a turnoff and thus needs improving.

PROS: I love its calendar feature, I’m using it on a daily basis. We use this platform to post all upcoming events for Marketing and Sales. This our favorite place for sharing information with others. We can send calendar and all they have to do is to click on the event so they can get right to the documents. It saves us lot of time because we don’t have to send thousands of emails for events.
CONS: We have issue with the time-zone only, I don’ like that it automatically defaults to the time-zone I’m in and there is no way to change it on an event that is happening in a different part of the country.

PROS: I love its search function, I can easily find everything I need. I like that it allows me to set up news feed with various categories or even groups and this means that I can keep all the updates organized. Also, I like that notifications through email keep me up to date with replies on threads and I receive weekly notifications informing me of recent activity on the website. There is an ability to tag others in a post, comments or discussions you can keep up discussions, people and groups.
CONS: Sometimes the attachment icons cannot be found when I want to attach docs to a post. Also, there are lot of things that happen on Jive and it can be really hard to be updated with everything.

PROS: The customer support is helpful when you experience issues with the system. The quality of the calls is high which gives you the opportunity to run your business effectively. It comes with group calls, fax and voicemail to email, and find me features that give you options on how to communicate with your customers. The mobile app allows you to use Wi-Fi in making quality calls. It is easy to use with an admin portal that allows you to manage calls from different users.
CONS: The software experiences some technical hitches at times. Luckily, he customer support is quick on fixing them as soon as they come up. Customization is not intuitive for your phone needs and thus can be frustrating when the system reboots as some of the background features are not automatically saved in the system.

PROS: This is wonderful tool for improving collaboration and interaction across your company. It is perfect solution to connect each department so everyone can work in team and communicate better. It offers lot of features like maintaining docs and making final version, reviewing specific revision, replying to a doc, starting conversation, getting notifications about updates and employees’ work progress. You can use calendar feature to add specific events and to create separate groups.
CONS: There are some issues with search tool because sometimes it doesn’t list spcific document. Also, it can be real challenge for new users because there are some complexity within the system and it can be challenge to nintegrate it after switching from other platform.

PROS: We are using this product for internal social networking/file sharing tool. With this product6 we can connect various departments and to disseminate information efficiently. I really like the unlocking social achievements and activity rewards these make the process fun. Also, its mobile app feature is extremely useful for our sales conference and we use are using it to keep participants in the loop.
CONS: Personally, I don’t like its design, it is not very functional.

PROS: It is an improvement from the office phone systems. The Jive software allows you to setup, customize, retrieve voicemails, and access your company directions from the internet regardless of where you are. The call quality is exceptional as you can clearly understand the caller as compared to the previous phone version. You can manage your communication channels in the office without much effort.
CONS: I found it difficult to setup and use the system via the desktop device. The tool was not as responsive as it should be and seemed difficult to use. I did not get the time to set it up according to my needs, which was a limitation.

PROS: It is easy to use and requires no training. You can configure a call or phone within a short period without any form of assistance. You do not have to call customer support when routing calls to your company, which makes it a reliable tool. CONS: It requires a dedicated phone line to perform or deliver quality calls. Without it, you may experience dropped calls and thus a drawback on the end user. If the tool had an additional phone line, it would help to improve the quality of call and thus serve you effectively.

PROS: Thanks to Jive we don’t have to use Outlook mailing lists or keeping track of users and changing owners or even to remember the name of mailing list. Jive is great employee social collab software, it connects departments, groups and people. It’s similar to Facebook, because there are options to share information and to interact with others. There is “follow” option if you want to receive notification of specific department, group or person. It is extremely flexible when it comes to getting infomation because you can choose which information you want to receive. It offers great set of features so you can set up the system the way you want.
CONS: I haven’t run into something that I might dislike. It took us some time to adopt it because some of our members were not familiar with social media and it was a bit challenging to adopt the tool.

PROS: This is easy to use social collab platform that offers robust layer on co-creation, discussions and light emails. It connects disconnected pockets of all similar or other related work. I like that we can combine whole knowledge for better qaulity, joined-up work and to reduce duplication and time. You can access the system via corporate and BYOD mobile phones and tablets through approved apps. Also, I like its Outlook Connector.
CONS: In my opinion, Office and SharePoint integration needs some improvements. And what I don’t like is that it has lot of emails and we cannot easily drive cultural change. Also, the process of cleaning tags is not intuitive.

PROS: Jive offers a great transition from the traditional phone system even for staff that is not tech savvy. It is easy to set up in the system, which offers a great platform for everyone to operate and make calls over the internet. The caller ID feature allows you to identify with a caller easily. The voicemail feature is easy to set up depending on your needs. You can manage your call from the web portal or mobile app that integrates with your devices for you to receive calls on the go.
CONS: It can be inconvenient in the case of emergencies when the system is down. The system can be more stable to eliminate or reduce the cases when it goes down. The Android app proved to be unreliable in a huge way. For a person working remotely, you cannot depend on it to receive and make calls as it logs you out without a warning and thus not possible to receive calls that are made during the time you are logged out. Dropped calls are also common with the tool and thus annoying.

PROS: It offers a one stop shop for your communication needs. The customer support is top-notch when it comes to solving problems. In the case you have installation problems or a query, the customer service is standby to make sure your problem is sorted out. The dashboard allows you to effectively manage your callers to change the number in seconds. You can call a customer representative and have your issue fixed without being put on hold for long.
CONS: Some resellers of the Jive product have little or no knowledge of how the product works. It can thus prove to be a problem when you have such a reseller posing as an expert. You may need a digital to analog adapter if you intend to use a copier for faxing purposes.

PROS: I like that I can search across the board based on word or description and users are allowed to publish answers and they can even categorise questions starting from docs, polls to product ideas and strategies. We can control visibility of the boards and this means that we can have an internal board of team members and we can even create boards for other employees and customers in order to engage them into collaborative discussions. Also, it allows us to outline areas of expertise on our profile and others can locate us.
CONS: If you’re using numerous boards it can be difficult to navigate it and it doesn’t provide with information of where you are.

PROS: Jive offers great features and wonderful UI which is user friendly and professional looking. I like that it’s not blank, the themes are easily customizable and even its team can work with you so you can create custom theme according to your ideas and wishes. They really care about user experiences. The platform is easy to use and easy to administer.
CONS: The price can be challenge especially if you have lot of users and you are charged on a per user basis. Also, they could include mass user improt functinality. Furthermore, some features require customization and 3rd party usage.

PROS: The user interface allows you to adapt to the system with ease. You do not have to be a tech savvy individual to know how the system works. It offers great customer service through clear, flexible, and quality calls plus its ability to be economical.
CONS: When it comes to the billing part, it is slow. Before I could have someone, in the accounting department, to set up my credit card so that it automatically pays for the VoIP services, it took some time. You can improve on that section to make billing faster.
