Meta Business Manager Review

PROS: I'm totally in love with this app! I currently deal with a number of clients since I've been tasked as an admin for their Facebook pages. The Facebook Pages app gave me the chance to manage just about everything from my smartphone. Regardless where I'm at, I can do updates, watch out for insights, check reviews, peek into mentions, and everything else that I'd normally carry on in a desktop PC. I frequently do posts on-the-go whenever I attend a client function or if there's anything that needs to be done ASAP.

CONS: The one thing I hate is sharing posts is completely different compared to the computer version. I have way more options on my desktop PC in sharing with groups, timeline, and etc... This is unfortuante since I have no way in doing all this from the app itself.

PROS: Thanks to this app I can easily manage my 47 FCB pages form one place at the same time. What I like most about this app is the fact that it separates my personal pages from those that I manage for my business so I don’t have to switch from one page to another or from one account to another. The process of keeping track and managing notifications has never been easier and quickly at the same time. The app is easy to use even easier than the web-based site especially when it comes to scheduling content and creating posts. It provides me with notifications and results of all my posts.

CONS: I wish there is a way to point out a default page upon opening the app instead of the last page that was opened. Also, I cannot see the previews of photos that are uploaded as posts. But on the other hand, the app works perfectly for me.

PROS: Before using this app I couldn’t find an easiest way to manage my Facebook pages whether from desktop or mobile device. There is a big difference between back ends of personal pages to back end of pages or even switching from one interface to other can be difficult. Facebook Pages Manager app allows me to better manage my pages, to load images, post links and check on notifications across numerous pages.

CONS: As far as I know, they have really improved the app and service. There are some issues with the insights function that shows how much interaction we are having with the audience and it takes some to show some accurate numbers. For e.g. when I share a post it shows me that there are 30 likes and 25 views which is impossible.

PROS: I’m using Facebook pages for my personal and business purposes. I have found that Facebook Pages Manager app is great tool to keep track of all the pages and to manage them all from one place. Everything is well-organized and you have better control over data points, feeds and posts. This is great tool for small businesses that do not have enough budget for handling websites. It provides with social media and conversation points.

CONS: The whole thing about management system is great and I don’t like the idea of using this app if I have only one Facebook page because you cannot really feel the experience of this app. There is no need to use this app for managing one Fcb page you can do it by yourself. Also, this is not Money maker tool.

PROS: Prior to this app, there was never an easy way dealing with FB pages in a smart device. Backend pages are different compared to those of personal pages. Swapping from one interface to the next was a challenge. But now, getting images to load, posting links, and checking out notifications across pages is a lot simpler. Things are a lot better now with this tool.

CONS: It's a bit difficult to mention what's not great since their service hasn't been great for a long while now. I'm at such a loss. Aside from that, there have been frequent hangups with the insights functionality, which showcases the amount of interaction you currently have with an audience. It can be terrible at times. It takes way too long to showcase precise numbers.

PROS: This app happens to be the best approach in managing all pages that an admin would want. I like how you can tick on/off alerts for every page, I love how I can easily respond to messages and upload the latest status updates. All these, while retaining the same functionality as that of Facebook's desktop version.

CONS: It's a bit clunky, to be honest. I feel it's not really that bad when it comes to the intuitiveness of its labelled/unlabelled icons. Its layout doesn't appear to be as conducive. I wish your Facebook ads can be seen in the pages manager. I'm pasting ads on my Facebook business pages, so why isn't it possible to such info there?

PROS: I like using Facebook Page Manager app the interface is great and it can be used from my mobile. It has easy learning curve. Thanks to this app I’m able to improve the interaction at the school and to have complete control over my school tasks. I like that I don’t have to worry about the posts because I can schedule them, I can see the cover photos changes and use emojis.

CONS: I cannot post video from my mobile device, it would be great if they could include this option as well.

PROS: In my personal opinion, I like how Facebook is user-friendly and easy to use. I love the fact that it's free. If you need help, they can assist you with additional charges. I like how I'm able to get alerts on the performance of my posts as well as weekly stats of my page.

CONS: At times, I receive statistic updates on my smartphone. When I click on them, I don't see the stats that were delivered via alerts. When it comes to Facebook page management, it's difficult do on smartphone. It could be because I have no idea what I'm doing. It appears that my smartphone lacks the functionality compared to that of a computer.

PROS: Facebook Pages is an incredible resource. Marketing your business with really keeps things simple. Its mobile app has been a huge help. It lets you manage pages swiftly, respond to messages on-the-go, keep your audience peeled, and keeps you updated on the latest happenings and trends. Facebook is a powerful social platform since it lets businesses take things to a more personal level with fans and potential customers/partners.

CONS: The mobile app is exceptional. But it can be improved if you have the ability to visit partners and Facebook pages within the app itself. It would be a bonus if you can directly interact with your Facebook fans as opposed to going to the traditional Facebook app itself. You're the only who can manage your page through the app. While it's simple enough to toggle from one page to the next, it's not possible to navigate out of your own page.

PROS: This app makes it simple in managing 40+ Facebook business pages in a single centralized area. The app is great in separating my personal social page to that of my business. This ensures that I'm not confused with the page I'm logging into. It ensures that organizing and looking into my notificatiosns for my communities are easily done. The app is so much simpler to use compared to its desktop-based site in terms of post creation (with images) and getting content scheduled.

CONS: To be honest. The only negative thing I can think of involves being really nitpicky. I was hoping there might be a way to designate a default page when the app is opened instead of seeing a page that was previously opened. I'm also not seeing image previews that were already uploaded into the posts. Other than that, I have no issues with their fuctionality.

PROS: We all know how huge thing a Facebook network is, the fact is that it is easy to use and it is user friendly social media. When it comes to this app I have to say that I like that it is easy and free to use, even if you need and assistance you will get it free as well. The good thing is that the “help button” can answer all your concerns. It provides me with notifications about the performances of the posts and weekly stats of page’ performance. I like that I can manage my pages via mobile device.

CONS: Sometimes when I get updates on my mobile device and when I click on them I couldn’t find the stats. In my experience the process of managing pages via phone is not as user friendly as managing them from desktop.

PROS: Facebook has done a tremendous job in converting its product into a one-stop shop. This is beneficial for users as Facebook is notoriuous for punishing external systems for scheduling. Facebook Pages assisted my company to organize FB pages in a single area. It gave our team access to the right analytics.

CONS: Just like any other system, it has its share of it glitches. Doing a post refresh in updating a headline or a picture can be tedious. At times, it can be impossible to get around. Even if it involves dealing with debugger tools, it's a better option for Facebook to go a solution that's easier to do. It should also be user-friendly.

PROS: I like that I have one app for managing my Facebook pages via mobile device. I handle three active business listings and it is very important to post, schedule and keep track of notifications on a daily basis. It is intuitive and easy to use tool and it doesn’t require specific knowledge in order to work with it. It is a must have tool if you want to manage your Facebook pages professionally.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this product, it has great features and it works perfectly.

PROS: I like how it simple it is to share, schedule, and build content. Manipulating content is a breeze. You're able to make interactive apps and link them to external pages. Starting an online presence is a cinch. If you have any intention of doing any advertising, its targeting is powerful and versatile.

CONS: I appreciate how this platform has evolved over the years. Previously, it had decent exposure on a free page. These days, it's now buried in and with low exposure. This can be remedied only if you opt to pay for boosts and advertising.

PROS: What I favor with this is the simplicity of acquiring updates on three manageable business engines. It's really easy to distinguish the performance on posts pagewise. It makes it easy for me to monitor activity and interest according to each company page I'm currently managing. I like seeing my stats and weekly changes made on average according to the posting frequency for each page.

CONS: While it's a good thing to see varying pages with this approach, it's a difficult to toggle back in accessing pages that I'm nanaging. It'd be nice if an integration is available to switch to posting mode and back.

PROS: I love how a dedicated app is available for installing on the phone that's separate from the primary FB app. That way, you're able to preserve business and personal pages separately without going logging in and logging out. The app is user-friendly. Anyone who owns a Facebook account and has a FB app on their smart device can dive in and start using this app immediately. Expect little or no trouble at all when it comes to usage.

CONS: Right now, the app is still in its baby stages. It needs some fleshing out. Certain features aren't available (sharing posts, cross-posting, and etc...) and not user-friendly (editing posts, replying to followers, and etc...). At times, we had to get on a desktop PC just to carry out a simple task. It would've been a lot more convenient if we're able to do all of these things over our smart device.

PROS: Facebook Page Manager app is extremely easy to navigate via dashboard and to track Facbeook campaigns, ads and posts. I can easily launch Facebook Campaign and to track the performance of the campaigns including clicks, impressions, reach, and engagement. I can easily edit text, images, and posts with ads. I also use mobile app so I can manage the pages on the go.

CONS: Sometime I don’t get notification when someone boost a post and then I have to go through the whole process of pushing out and ad in order to boost the post, and this process is time-consuming.

PROS: I like how Facebook Pages Manager is able to make use of the same interface on my smartphone, like that of my Facebook app. It makes it easier to use especially for those who those who struggle taking in new technology. I've improved communications within my school district (and other districts) as result of this product. It gave me full control of my school district's Facebook page whenever I'm out doing things. It informs me of image changes and putting out trendy emojis for mobile users.

CONS: The app won't allow to post videos from any smart device. It's not hard to get around with since we can always use one of our apps (Hootsuite) to do the job. If this is addressed, it would make things convenient in terms of usability just like that of its desktop version.

PROS: It is great thing that you have one single app for managing all your Facebook apps and that it works perfectly on mobile. It allows me to keep separate my personal and business social media pages separately without login all the time. The app is intuitive and user friendly and you can use it on your iPad, Tablet or smartphone, you can start using it immediately.

CONS: The app is quite new and it would be great if they could include more and more features. Also, there are some features that are not as user friendly as they should be such as post sharing, cross posting and post editing. Sometimes I have to do the work directly from the desktop.

PROS: It lets me gain easy access to a number of Facebook pages as an admin easily. Since my task is to manage a number of pages for organizations and work, it's simpler to keep tab on everything. I can easily be kept on the loop for any notifications and events. I love using this app on my smartphone. It keeps things convenient whenever I'm out of the office.

CONS: In general, Facebook pages tend to get clunky and a bit irritating to handle. The layout change is something you wouldn't recommend for marketing. We shouldn't be making click-through steps. Sadly, the latest layout does. I'd also want data to be there for comparison for an extended time.

PROS: This app helps me to post on multiple Facebook pages on a daily basis. I like that it doesn’t require signing in all the time, it keeps both accounts logged in. I receive notifications about the pages. It helps me to manage my Facebook pages and to promote the pages and to place ads directly from this app.

CONS: Sometimes when I post a picture with a caption the caption doesn’t show when posted, so I have to copy and edit post in order to insert the caption. They could work on this issue.
