PROS: The thing I like best about this VPN is how user-friendly it is. The interface is easy to follow, even for someone who has no background using a VPN. The automatic disconnect feature is also something I like. I also appreciate the protection it provides your IP address and identity since there are a lot of unsavory people going through that and buying and selling it for purposes you may not approve of. I like that they give you the option to pick the region you want to connect to, that way you can view content that may be region-specific. I know people will appreciate the fact that this VPN has made online interactions much more simple than before. I also like that they let you conduct a speed test to get the best connection from your actual location.

CONS: I think they could lower the price since there are other similar VPNs out in the market that are being sold at a more affordable price. But then again since this VPN works really great, a minimal additional fee compared to other VPN services is acceptable.

PROS: I like that it's so simple and the app connects faster to the preferred area or location.

CONS: I don't like it that you get notification regarding the expiry of the subscription plan but when logged in it's working just fine.

PROS: I love the network lock feature, once enabled it allows one to connect to a secure internet only and disconnects when the net available is not safe. This feature gives me peace of mind and data security.

CONS: I think improvements can be made on the PC app. When I put a PC laptop to sleep while connected to this VPN, it ends up in a constant connecting loop, pestering me with the notification sound. I often end up refreshing the app and start over.

PROS: I work in China where most sites are inaccessible. I love that this VPN work exceptionally good there. With it, I can access Facebook, Google and our organization were also able to use an intranet tool blocked in that country. I appreciate how I've been able to work smoothly thanks to this VPN. On a more personal note, I have also been able to use Skype to keep in touch with my family and my friends. I have also utilized its iPhone version but I've encountered some issues with that.

CONS: I think they could make the price more affordable because other VPNs come with a free monthly amount and a reasonable subscription fee if you ever go over the free amount. One of the reasons I still ended up using this VPN is how great it works in China. The iPhone version is so frustrating, I get disconnecting often and I ended up using a different VPN instead. Maybe that was because the phone was using a national provider and not a WiFi connection like with my laptop? Either way, this is something that they should resolve.

PROS: I've been traveling around the world as part of my missionary work, and I have to say that this VPN has worked in all of the places I've been, even in China. I like how it makes me feel safe when I'm out surfing the Internet while with business associates or friends, wherever I may be.

CONS: The internet slows down whenever I connect to this VPN, but that's something that happens with all VPNs. Besides, I'm okay with low net speed if it means confidential matters remain confidential and I get to connect to my grandchildren in China.

PROS: The first thing that I appreciate was its compatibility with iOS, since deploying it was so easy on my iPhone and my Macbook. I also appreciate that I get a notification if the VPN goes down, as well as when it suggests hosts to me based on where I am located.

CONS: I do wish that reconnections were automated. Currently, you have to do it manually in case a specifc host has an issue. It would be much more convenient if it just connected to the next viable one. I also wish that the speed of reconnecton was faster.

PROS: I got problems with the setup at first. I used the live chat half expecting I’d get an email reply the next day. I was surprised to find a real person on the other end. He was patient even as I got agitated by my frustration. Within minutes, I got the connection and so far everything is running smoothly.

CONS: The setup can be confusing.

PROS: I have to say that this is one of the best VPNs that I've tried out. I like how there's a variety of countries offered and that the servers and the service are all of the good quality. I also appreciate the seven-day free trial that they offer. If you do decide to buy it, I really think they offer the best prices in the market and are worth the cost.

CONS: I do think that they need to upgrade the appearance a bit. Looking at it, I think it hasn't changed much from the first version that came out.

PROS: I think the thing that stands out to me the most is how fast this VPN is. Even with it on, I can still go on the internet at the maximum connection speed. I like how the installation process is so easy, and that using the VPN is very straightforward. I also appreciate how quickly the servers can be changed, and the hundreds of location all over the world where they have servers. The 256-bit encryption is also commendable.

CONS: There have been instances where I had to select the L2TP option, which is a connection that isn't as secure. This is definitely an area where they can improve.

PROS: I like that in just one click you get quick access to the VPN. It finds and connects you to the closest available VPN automatically. At the same time, I like that you also get the option to change the settings and pick the region that you prefer.

CONS: I think that it's very important that any user who gets disconnected gets a prompt notification or a warning about reconnection attempts to avoid exposing sensitive data. Currently, such notification is not available. One would not be aware that security is down at such a time.

PROS: There are a number of things that stand out. I like how easy it was to set up and how user-friendly it is. The connections always stay fast even after turning on the VPN.

CONS: I have encountered issues when it comes to the network lock tool. I even have to reconnect, which sucks since the network lock tool is really handy.

PROS: I really like how there is practically no tracking that goes on when I use this VPN, which really assures me that my privacy is being protected. I also appreciate that I have a good amount of choices when it comes to servers to use. There is also a negligible effect on my connection speed, and I like that a lot.

CONS: While I don't encounter a lot of problems when I use this, there have been instances where I've had to either restart or reinstall it. I think this is something they can improve in future versions.

PROS: This VPN has given me the confidence that my data is well protected and secured. It makes me feel good knowing my any sensitive data are well kept and safe from hackers.

CONS: I only wish that there's an option to auto-log once I open my computer. While I appreciate that login ensures data security, logging back every time does take a while.

PROS: Hey guys, just want to drop this here: if you’re in China this VPN works great! I can watch Netflix and pretty much all the things I do online back home. I think if it works in China, where net restriction is notorious, it must work in most countries.

CONS: I got not a few times disconnected on my Macbook. I had to install a patch and have since experienced no problem.

PROS: I have been a victim of identity theft in the past, and it cripples your ability to do a lot of things, especially if you rely on a credit score. Even the smallest of things that you do can be impacted. That is why I like this VPN because it gives you privacy and shields you from a lot of people who may be spying on your digital data and looking to use it for activities that may not be legal.

CONS: One thing I think they can improve on is allowing us to use it for multiple channels. I want to be able to use it for work and home connections separately. I would also prefer that this be offered for free, I think service providers should be protecting us rather than making a profit.

PROS: Performance meets my expectations. Excellent upload and download time, low latency and solid streaming. You have more than a hundred servers working hard to keep your Netflix movie a smooth experience. And you can connect up to 3 devices in one account. Great deal.

CONS: Customer support isn’t readily available. Be patient and you’ll be served.

PROS: At $12.95 per month it’s not the cheapest around. But the feature set is consistent, support is reliable and overall performance is excellent. I haven’t had any disconnection or restriction happen to me. I’m satisfied with the price. You can get cheaper VPNs but consider the service. And if you subscribe for a year, the price drops to just $6.67 per month.

CONS: I did have a temporary setup issue on my Macbook but I changed to Windows 10 so I didn’t bother to resolve my old issue.
