PROS: Our CRM is in sync with proposals, orders and customer service. We do a lot of email campaigns and BizAutomation allows us to target multiple segments. Leads are followed up more consistently and with greater predictability using the app's scoring tool. I'd say the software is comparable with both standalone marketing and CRM solutions.
CONS: Bugs are expected, none that support can't handle.

One practical use of this is that we can see how much each account is bringing in. Depending on the context, we can reallocate resources to items with the most revenue promise.
CONS: The system could be more intuitive for non-technical users especially. Some of our managers complain of navigating through multiple screens just to find an item. It's also easy to lose your way tinkering with settings.

PROS: It's a perfect fit for us since our implementation of the system five years ago. Our CRM, accounting and ecommerce are in sync and the workflows standardized. We haven't had any major change or issue for years now. That's saying a lot about its reliability.
CONS: There are minor glitches like when sync takes longer than usual but this is more of an internet connection issue. The good thing about using somethign for a long time is, you're almost familiar with such glitches and know they're temporary.

PROS: I have more visibility on our sales data and that helps me a lot with planning. Likewise, data is in real time so I can prepare reports with accuracy based on the latest market activities.

PROS: Our I.T. was able to customize functions around different teams' workflows and institute a mother process to sync all our data and reporting. It's also intuitive enough for users; teams can configure their dashboards so they only need to look at their metrics. Less clutter more focus on their respective jobs.
CONS: We'd appreciate it more if the e-commerce feature is robust. It doesn't have to match Shopify, but at least somewhere near its product-level customization.

PROS: It suits our workflow of dealing with a wide range of lines from products to spare parts. It allows us to unite all our data across multiple channels and SKUs so that our inventory is always in tune with order fulfillment and our accounting able to track all transactions. This is nothing unique to the system though, most top-tiered ERPs have the same capabilities. But BizAutomation is way more affordable, so it doesn't only help us streamline our day-to-day operations but save us a significant amount of subscription money every month.
CONS: It won't have the same rich features of a Netsuite or SAP, but it does the job for us.
