PROS: Incorporating to company sites is easy with this app, and it’s great in creating reports that meet customer demands. Visualizer and designer features, for example, greatly helps in creating stunning customized presentations. Also, it sports many different links to get data such as the SFDC connector. Its customer support is highly satisfactory as well.

CONS: It has a high price tag and is difficult to learn. It requires at least one resource to keep, as well as it's inconvenient to update. Moreover, it often goes sluggish, especially when handling a large amount of data.

PROS: It easily handles metrics with super intensive key performance indicators. Reporting and presentations are easier too since it has helpful subscriptions in PDF files. Such files can also be converted to individual papers in CSV file format.

CONS: The platform has tons of features that make it difficult to learn from the start. Load filters, and the interface easily malfunctions. However, it gets back on good working condition after a few moments. Moreover, I feel the app doesn’t have enough data for defining answers from different classifications, as well as for creating more better queries.

PROS: This is a helpful data analysis platform because it lets me link with external data resources, and it also allows exporting of data in TXT and XLS files among others. It lets me come up with intensive and helpful visual presentations of data as well. The customer support is also worth mentioning since they professionally and quickly help in addressing my concerns.

CONS: I don’t feel any changes whenever updates come. I hope new features would become available soon.

PROS: This is the best tool for data analytics I have used since it lets me connect with external data sources conveniently. It can also handle different data file formats such as TXT and XLS among many others. Also, it has great user support which has helped me sort out some issues easily.

CONS: It lacks significant and helpful updates that are actually new and useful. It sometimes makes mistakes when sending reports too, since not all supposed recipients receive the reports. Also, the cloud server makes panels load slower in some instances.

PROS: This platform allows efficient working on tasks because of its pre-installed features, such as day to year calculations, handling trend charts, and modeling of data. All can be handled conveniently and can be displayed in great visual presentations. Its tool for data analytics lets us create an internal data repository that is connected to an external source, and it’s easy to use when applying skills on linking data tables. Then, the visualizer helps in presenting everything seamlessly, especially that it allows customization of objects on dashboards, as well as the use of 3D objects which is helpful for marketing campaigns. The platform also comes with a fantastic 3D notification system that many of our customers love. Plus, its standard authentication feature is easy to apply. As a big bonus, the platform is backed by a dependable team of support staff.

CONS: The platform loads slowly when handling a huge quantity of data, especially when it’s in various languages. Fortunately, the latest releases have improvements to address such issues. The visualizer also has some problems as a report creation tool, but it’s continuously improving significantly. Features such as a dynamic display for all presentation sizes are noticeably improving, and we hope to receive the best results at the end of 2020 upgrades.

PROS: This app helps me visualize different metrics using available data efficiently. Its close schedule analytics is highly accurate for time-saving, as well as it has an easy to use UI which helps me avoid mistakes. This has helped me sort out different problems seamlessly.

CONS: It has many features that make it hard to learn at the beginning. Usage of filters sometimes affects the app as well and makes it load slower than usual. You only need to wait for a short while, however, and the application would work normally again. I also find it has insufficient resources for searching answers under classifications, as well as for creating new queries.

PROS: The BIRST is a great help for expanding business on the cloud. It’s capable of handling tons of records, as well as it helps scale depending on the usage of reports. It features clear reports too.

CONS: It’s unfamiliar for us because it’s different from more popular apps such as QlikSense and Tableau. In many instances, it suddenly disconnects when creating reports too. Moreover, the login requirements for every 2 minutes idle time is quite short for our needs.
