MTEAC conducts operational testing of multiple advanced blood storage devices
U.S. Army 68A Biomedical Equipment Specialists from the 551st Medical Company-Logistics follow procedures during technical inspection on one of the freezer ultra-low temperature blood plasma freezers during an operational test conducted by the U.S. Army Medical Test and Evaluation Activity at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, on Aug. 15, 2024. USAMTEAC, in collaboration with the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity Program Executive Office Soldier, Soldier Medical Devices, conducted a significant operational test of advanced blood storage technologies from Aug. 16-19, 2024.
