RDX Insight offers the capability to eject the cartridge after backup completion, providing air gap protection. Utilizing the Cloud Services feature, data can be sent from RDX to the cloud, enabling the creation of a secondary off-site storage repository in line with the 3-2-1-1 backup strategy.

The BitLocker drive encryption feature enables users to encrypt RDX cartridges to protect their data from theft or unauthorized access. The 256bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) ensures that data is secured especially when cartridges are left unattended, not in use or during off-site vaulting, or in transit.
