NCN: a tool for building the future of work 🚀 The #Reskilling4Employment (R4E) Forum brought together over 100 participants—including experts, business leaders, and policymakers—to explore how #reskilling is shaping the future of work. 🗣 Alongside #Sonae, leading European companies such as Telefónica, Volvo Group, AstraZeneca, Nestlé, SAP, and Iberdrola participated, highlighting collective efforts to address workforce transformation. A key highlight was the practical demonstration of the NCN Portugal, a platform powered by #AI that connects candidates, employers, and reskilling providers to deliver personalised pathways to employment. 💡 The event was further enriched by thought-provoking talks from industry leaders, including Pedro Santa Clara (42 Porto), Domingos Lopes (IEFP - Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional), Ignacio Aberg Cobo (Telefónica), Hamoon Ekhtiari, Aly Slater (FutureFit AI), and Carla Sousa (NCN Portugal), offering deep insights into the evolving world of work.
