💡 Tech Seedlings Program Day 2: Innovation in Action! 🌟 As the second day of the Tech Seedlings program unfolded, we were thrilled to gather at the Intersect - انترسكت Innovation Hub, our strategic partner, for an exciting and hands-on experience. The day kicked off with an insightful dive into #AI and a practical workshop on the Business Model Canvas (#BMC), led by our fantastic friends Zubaida Sadder and Asem Nairat from Harri. The real magic happened when the girls split into five teams, each focusing on different areas like #healthcare, #education, #tourism, #social issues, and #food. They got to work integrating AI into their projects and started bringing their ideas to life using Microsoft Design tools, all under the guidance of our incredible alumni from the Microsoft X FINOMENA Beacon Mentorship Program. The creativity and energy they brought were simply incredible! Adding to the inspiration, we were honored to hear from our co-organizer from the #USA, Zoey Glaros, a 16-year-old sophomore from Edmonda High School. Zoey shared her journey into the world of business and her experience with #DECA, reminding us, “I believe in having strong role models to help support you. Surrounding yourself with like-minded people leads to achieving great things and leadership success.” Her words deeply resonated, reinforcing the importance of #community and #mentorship on this journey. Nora Sadder, one of our great organizers, captured the vibe perfectly: “The enthusiasm and dedication from these girls were truly inspiring. We’re thrilled to give them a chance to dive into tech and sharpen their skills.” To top it all off, we had an awesome panel session, “Tech Her Way,” featuring Sarah Rashid, Dana Abulebdeh, and Rasha Wahba from Microsoft. Their stories and advice were a huge hit, leaving everyone feeling motivated and excited. We’re eagerly looking forward to sharing what these talented girls come up with on the final day! يسعدنا مشاركتكم أبرز لحظات المعسكر التدريبي الذي انطلقت منه فعاليات برنامج STEP لتنمية المشاريع الريادية في مرحلة ما قبل الاحتضان يومي الجمعة والسبت السابقين (٩-١٠\أغسطس\٢٠٢٤). في اليومين التدريبيين استقبلنا 48 ريادياً ورياديةً من مختلف الفئات العمرية ومتنوّع الخبرات، تمّ اختيارهم من بين 225 طلبًا ليشاركوا في ورش عمل حول المفاهيم الأساسية للشركات الناشئة، العصف الذهني، تطوير الأفكار، بناء الفرق، وعرض المشاريع. من هذا المعسكر نتجت 15 فكرة ريادية، وستبدأ هذه الفرق طريقها في رحلة تمتد لثلاثة أشهر تنتهي بيوم العرض حيث سيشاركون أفكارهم ويتنافسون على جائزة بقيمة 1,000 دولار! 🏆 تابعوا حساباتنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة المقبلة لمزيد من التحديثات حول رحلة رياديي STEP!
