This is not uncommon and less scandalous nowadays, but where they grew up, it is a real shame. The two expelled young people finally started a new life in Transcarpathia: the only place where Pisti could become a priest after that. The couple had five children, all of whom grew up in Transcarpathia, with parents who dedicated their lives to God. They helped the poor, the hungry, the orphans - but they never had time for their own. The children left home when they were ten years old: they were brought up in boarding schools. A few years ago, the family moved back to Hungary, and the film begins here. They decided to tell their story and deal with their problems. After all these difficulties, there is a lot of conflict in the family, but they are still happy.
