When his Field Training Officer confronts Rookie Tommie Tolbert about his poor driving, Tommie confesses it's because his feet are pigeon-toed. So when Tommie goes the wrong way down a one-way street then races code to a drive-by-shooting his FTO becomes less concerned about training Tommie... and more concerned about just surviving him.
