The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education has gained significant attent... more The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education has gained significant attention recently, with the potential to transform the learning experience and enhance educational quality. This study investigates the effectiveness of AI in enhancing the quality of higher education from the perspective of stakeholders, including students, faculty, and administrators. A survey method was employed to gather data on the perceived impact of AI on various aspects of higher education, such as teaching and learning, assessment, and administrative processes. The study examined the influence of factors such as gender, age, locality, and type of management on the perceptions of AI's effectiveness. The findings provide valuable insights into the current state of AI adoption in higher education and offer recommendations for optimizing its implementation to improve educational quality.

Through active learning techniques and modeling by the teacher, students shed the traditional role as passive receptors and learn and practice how to apprehend knowledge and skills and use them meaningfully. The difficulties of a largely lecture oriented learning environment, the principles and strategies for an active learning environment have been explored in different ways. The classroom and the given content are taken. This may be considered Faulty by many. But the steps into tomorrow have to lead from what exists now. We cannot imagine schools in entirely new circumstances - different building, teachers, books etc. Whatever methodologies we choose have to be viable in the present circumstances. Thus the approaches suggested here are those that may find applicability in many circumstances. Not fighting with what exists, but searching for creative possibilities within the circumstances, yields many interesting insights and possibilities.

Multimedia refers to any computer-mediated software or interactive application that integrates text, color, graphical images, animation, audio sound, and full motion video in a single application. Multimedia learning systems consist of animation and narration, which offer a potentially venue for improving student understanding (Mayer & Moreno, 2000). A good teaching always aim effective communication and appropriate learning outcomes. Realizing both these objectives, a teacher has to make of different types of aid materials such as, charts, maps, models, concrete objects, film strips, projectors, radio, television, internet and similar other resources. These aids are also named as Audio-Visual aids. These aids are instructional materials or devices that help a teacher in the effective realization of his teaching objectives by calling upon the auditory and visual senses of his students. Therefore, the Investigator has study the Impact of using Multimedia Package in Teaching Science subject for High School students in Dharmapuri District.

Education must serve as, "Powerful instrument of social, economic and cultural transformation necessary for the realization of national goals". As the educational approach goes through a vast change in the newly society, the teachers need to be well equipped with knowledge, which would arouse curiosity in the students to learn new things. The use of information and communication technologies no doubt is gaining momentum in Indian higher education. ICT usage will facilitate development since there will be free flow of information. For this purpose the present study was carried out to know the attitude and awareness of B.Ed. students towards ICT. A survey was carried out using 45 statements tool from 300 samples in the present study. Survey method was adopted and data were analysed by using 't' test and to know the level of attitude and awareness of ICT. The result of this study indicated that B.Ed. students have average ICT attitude and the ICT awareness among B.Ed. student's encouraging but still need to be improved.

The fresh water pollution has long been overall water quality of the Lake. Lakes are the most fertile, diverse, productive and interactive ecosystem in the world. For the present research work four sampling si water quality was analysed for pollution status on a monthly basis over a period of 13 months. Every water sample was analysed for temperature, pH, salinity, conductivity, total dissolved solids, total alkalinity, hardness, tu oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand. The chloride, Ammonia, Nitrite The sites which showed greater pollution had lower levels of dissolved oxygen. pollutants in lake water causes an increase in biological oxygen demand (BOD), Chemical oxygen demand (COD), Dissolved Oxygen, Nitrites, Am drinking. water levels in the lake, increasing the ground water level and improving the lake water quality. Checking of awareness can be some of the constructive efforts to revive this ancient lake.

Seasonal variation was carried out to examine level of varying physico-chemical parameters such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, electrical conductivity, phosphate, turbidity, total dissolved oxygen, and fluoride. The physic-chemical parameters have exhibited considerable seasonal and spatial variations. The qualitative study revealed that the water is contaminated and may cause health hazards. The probable causes for these and expected impacts are discussed.

A quasi-experimental pretest-post test control group design was employed. The sample consisted of 120 postgraduate biology teachers, randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. The experimental group received instruction using IWB animation, while the control group was taught using traditional methods. Data was collected using a biology achievement test and analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. The results showed that the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group, indicating the effectiveness of IWB animation in improving biology learning among postgraduate teachers. The study recommends the integration of IWB animation in biology instruction at the postgraduate level.

A survey was conducted with a sample of 250 student teachers selected through simple random sampling from various teacher education institutions. The Interpersonal Intelligence Scale and Mental Health Inventory were used to measure the variables. Multiple regression analysis was performed to test the hypotheses based on gender, locality, pedagogy subject, age, and type of institution. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between interpersonal intelligence and mental health. Gender, locality, and pedagogy subject were found to moderate the relationship, while age and institution type did not have a significant effect. The study highlights the importance of developing interpersonal skills to promote mental well-being among future teachers.
