Applications should include the candidate’s resume, writing samples in Spanish and English, and undergraduate and available law school transcripts. First year students may apply and subsequently submit their law school transcripts upon receiving their first semester grades.

A federal judge blocked the FTC's ban on noncompete agreements, which was set to take effect on September 4, 2024. The judge ruled that the FTC exceeded its authority and that the rule was "arbitrary and capricious." As a result, the ban will not be enforced unless overturned on appeal. JSI was founded in 1902 and was a family-owned business prior to its acquisition by PFG. JSI is headquartered in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and employs approximately 530 employees, all based in Puerto Rico. PFG is an industry leader and one of the largest food and foodservice distribution companies in North America.
