The Foundation, the Brazilian Agency for Cooperation, and the Executive Secretariat of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) signed a memorandum of understanding in Lisbon, Portugal. Agreement represents an important step in strengthening health systems of CPLP members
