Studi kasus ini akan menemukan konsep cloud kitchen dalam hal model bisnis, kelebihan, dan kekura... more Studi kasus ini akan menemukan konsep cloud kitchen dalam hal model bisnis, kelebihan, dan kekurangan serta bagaimana mereka mengoperasikan bisnis mereka dengan tiga konsep berbeda, dan kami menyajikan cerita Kitopi sebagai studi kasus pelopor dalam operasi cloud kitchen. Namun, kami mempertimbangkan perbedaan antara restoran cloud dan restoran biasa untuk menemukan -dari pandangan teoretis- bagaimana kedua ide operasi yang berbeda ini dapat digabungkan bersama dan membuat model bisnis yang unik 'dapur di mana-mana'. Pada akhirnya kami menyajikan masa depan merek makanan, dan bagaimana komunikasi dan media sosial akan mempengaruhi industri ini. Kami menyimpulkan penelitian kami dengan menambahkan beberapa rekomendasi untuk pengusaha yang memiliki restoran tradisional terkemuka dan ingin mengembangkan dan mempertahankan posisi mereka di pasar.

In solar cell applications, these materials are usually used as n-type coatings. This study not only aimed to determine the crystal structure and the effect of annealing temperature on the crystal lattice parameters but also to determine the chemical composition and surface morphological structure of the crystals formed from the preparation. The crystal growth process was carried out using the Bridgman method with different heating patterns. The temperature in both annealing temperatures is 200oC and 250oC. The physical properties of the prepared In2Se3 crystals were characterized using XRD, SEM, and EDAX. Breadfruit flour is a gluten-free food product, which is good for digestion and also for children with autism. Carrageenan is added to the manufacture of noodles as a substitute for gluten in the dough. To add color and taste, squid ink is added as a natural dye for breadfruit noodles. This study aims to determine consumer acceptance of breadfruit flour-based wet noodles with the addition of carrageenan as a thickener and squid ink as a dye. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments, namely with the addition of carrageenan 1%, 3%, 4%, 5% and without the addition of carrageenan (0%). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the water content of breadfruit flour was 2.86%, ash content was o, 2% and protein content was 6.35%. One of the development fisheries product is the processing of “Abon Ikan”. The advantage of “Abon Ikan” “Abon Ikan” is they have a long shelf life and can give additional income for fishermen. Different fish meat will affect the taste and nutritional content of the “Abon Ikan”. This study aims to analyze the differences in “Abon Ikan” from 3 types of fish meat used in Cilacap. The fish meat used is tuna, catfish (clarias), and patin (pangasius). The three “Abon Ikan” products were then analyzed for their nutrient contents using proximate analysis. Acceptance test using the sensory test carried out on 50 respondents covering aspects of taste, aroma, texture, and appearance. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistika tahun 2019, sebanyak 6.494 jiwa penduduk kecamatan maos bekerja sebagai buruh tani. Permasalahan yang dihadapi di musim kemarau sangat mengganggu kegiatan masyarakat Desa Maos. Permasalahan yang timbul seperti kekurangan air untuk pertanian; masyarakat susah dalam mencari sumber air; dan perekonomian masyarakat terganggu. The purpose of this study was to determine the Diversity Index, Similarity Index, and Dominance I... more The purpose of this study was to determine the Diversity Index, Similarity Index, and Dominance Index. The research location in Krukut River along 12 km. The research was conducted in March - June 2017 in 7 sampling points. Macrozoobentos obtained as many as 23 species belonging to the 9 classes are 3 types of Bivalves, 7 types of Arthopoda, 2 types of Molusca, 4 types of insects, 4 types of Oligochaeta, 2 Malacostraca, 1 Crustacea, 1 Diptera, and 1 Nematodes. The highest abundance of macrozoobentos is 10550 Ind/m2, whereas the lowest macrozoobenthic abundance is 850 Ind/m2. The range of Diversity Index (H') 0.32 - 1.80, Similarity Index (E) 0.58-1.07 and Dominance Index (C) 0.40-0.63. Therefore the result shows that Krukut River is in category medium pollution. This damage is caused by natural factors and also human activities. There are number of mitigation methods such as hard, soft and hybrid that available for mitigation erosion. In Semarang and Demak coastal area using hard and hybrid option as their mitigation erotion. Breakwater is one of the way beach structure that often used as mitigation erosion di coastal area. Breakwater will cause sediment deposits that will become the living place of various organisms such as makrozoobenthos. The aim of this research is compare the abudance of makrozoobenthos in different type breakwater in Semarang and Demak coastal area.This research held on December 2016-January 2017 in five different location with different breakwater type. Hard structure in Mangkang (West Semarang), Morosari (Demak district) and Tambak Lorok (North Semarang) and the hybrid engineering in Morosari 2 (Demak district) and Timbulsloko (Demak district). The method used in this study is descriptive comparative. Makrozoobenthos has been found in each station and the highest indeks is in hybrid engineering location. Polychaeta is a genus that dominates at every location because muddy sand is its main habitat.
