Great insights!

Im not sure what the low ratings are about. I like that this podcast is conversational between different perspectives involved in publishing a book. It’s real talk about no boring. In addition, I love that it comes from a group of people who usually do not get as much opportunities in the space. They tend to have to work harder to get picked up. The only thing that I would like is more perspective on non fiction. Great work!

I never wanted to write a book but listening into such thrilling conversations makes me want to. I find this podcast highly entertaining and full of ideas. It’s so inspiring and it creeps up on you. I started writing for hours after listening to this podcast. I enjoy the vastly different perspectives and how they bring in non literary references. I’ve also purchased a few books mentioned! I also like Elizabeth’s analysis too. More please. Ps: very much not into English love either! I’m into love but love that feels complex, original, humorous and layered. Whilst many devoured the classics I consumed offbeat and funny short stories, working class gritty crime novels, love on the fringes, lots of non fiction, poetry, erotica and essays! Sorry Sara and Nelle! I’m camp Lovegrove. Hearing them break this down.. classics vs not knowing (or caring) much about the classics reminds me of people who write books for ‘book people’ vs those who want to do something differently and bring others in. As a reader I’m definitely part of the latter crowd.
Great pod!

I am loving the conversations, the insights and the knowledge shared on this. There is so much information to dive into. I also have to say it’s so wonderful to have a writing podcast featuring women of color. Thanks ladies for this pod!
