THE ADAM BUXTON PODCAST
British comedian Adam Buxton talks with interesting people. The rambly conversations are sometimes funny, sometimes more serious with funny bits. Adam makes the jingles and records the intros and outros for most episodes while walking with his dog friend Rosie in the East Anglian countryside where he lives with his wife and three children. Adam has appeared in films such as Hot Fuzz, Stardust and Son Of Rambow as well as a variety of TV shows in the UK. Since 2007 he has hosted BUG, a live show that combines music videos and comedy that became a TV series on Sky Atlantic in 2012. From time to time he also does live shows featuring just his own material. Along with lifelong friend Joe Cornish, he also is one half of the award-winning TV, radio and podcast duo Adam and Joe. You can find many of the jingles Adam makes for the podcast as well as bonus material and a selection of Adam's YouTube videos on his website: adam-buxton.co.uk Yes, Adam is writing this himself using the third person. This pod has a special place in my heart. I used to watch the Adam & Joe show as a young adult and so finding the podcast in 2020 when I became very ill with long covid provided me with nostalgia and so much comfort. You have such a fabulous interview style Adam. I rattled through all the past episodes when bedridden and it was one of the things that helped get me through the day. Thanks Adam. I love you. Bye!

Love this podcast. Some of the episodes are very niche, but that’s fair enough. Some people are very interested in films, and a fan of music to a degree that I never thought possible and I thought I was a big fan. Stand out faves so far, was laughing and laughing with Sharon Hogan, and the one with her screen partner, Rob Delaney was brilliant too. This podcast is so good that I often remember where I was when I listened to them. I was driving back from Wells Cathedral when I listened to the one with Rob Delaney in case you’re wondering . One of the best podcasts I’ve ever subscribed to !

Please do the Xmas podcast at home again next year. Enough with the version for extroverts.
Cringe

Ruined the Christmas edition Adam and Joe reunion by having it as a live show. No intimacy. Utterly self indulgent and smug backslapping cringe fest. Had to turn it off. ☹️
