Hey Guys! I’m B. Simone. Most of you know me as a stand-up comedian, actress, and entrepreneur. But now I want you to join me as I virtually document & take you on my healing journey. This podcast is to encourage others to be resilient and find joy in the midst of pain. I will highlight the importance of not letting pain and disappointment taint you or make you bitter, but instead, propel you forward into life’s beautiful second chances. LTTA is about resilience, finding purpose & healing. Growth is necessary, but don’t forget to enjoy life while doing it.     Finding Purpose Through Serving

    Mathew 23:11 “The greatest among you will be your servant.” Serving isn’t just about helping others—it’s a powerful act that connects you to something bigger than yourself. It shifts your focus, helps you grow emotionally and spiritually, and uncovers hidden gifts and talents you didn’t even know you had. I share why service is so important and how it’s showing up in my life this year. From creating women’s support groups at my dad’s church in Columbus to smaller, everyday acts like sharing resources or affirming my friends, I’ve learned that service can take many forms. It’s not just community service or grand gestures—it’s showing up where you’re needed and giving what you have without expecting anything in return. We’ll explore how serving can be a tool for healing, connection, and gratitude. Whether you’re unsure of your purpose or just want to make an impact, this episode will inspire you to see service in a whole new way.     The Journal Entries That Predicted My Life

    “Write down the vision and make it plain”- Habakkuk 2:2  This episode is all about the power of writing things down. I found my  journal from 10 years ago, right before I moved to Atlanta, and it brought back so many memories. I was working three jobs, sleeping on the floor to afford studio time, and trusting that everything would work out. I wrote about wanting to be financially stable, moving to Atlanta, and even my bold plan to save $1 million before I turned 30. Every goal, every prayer, every dream I wrote in that journal has come to life in some way, even if it looked different from what I expected. I’m sharing those entries and how they’ve reminded me to believe without doubt, even when things feel uncertain.     Is Validation My Drug?

This week, I had an epiphany in therapy… I'm codependent!  I always thought, “That’s not me,” but turns out, it’s a little more complicated than I realized.  In this episode, I’m sharing my journey of recognizing those patterns, where they might have come from, and how I’m trying to break free. But honestly, I’m still figuring it out. So, I’m asking you to join me in this—are you the fixer? The one leaning on others? Or maybe somewhere in between?
