First time i came across probably i said what everyone had in ther mind… what?! A talk over an hour?! But I gave it a try… he can get one’s brain tired with a single episode only. That is how rich and insightful his show is. I listen to it in parts which works best for me 😇 Thanks Andrew, it is a pleasure to know that this world still has people like you. It inspires me to live better and help others too 😇

Understanding is the most efficient and joyful way to learn anything (from my perspective). Dr. Huberman's work leads me from "blind following" of stranger or pseudo authority opinions to accaptance or improvement of daily habbits. It is creating my inherent space of wellbeing where discouragement has lack of influence on following a healthful living. THANK YOU, Dr. Huberman !
