Recently, this app has become very buggy. At JFK, I tried booking a driver. The app would keep telling me that it is looking for a driver when one was actually on his way. When I closed and reopened the app, nothing changed. Even when the driver actually arrived, the app failed to notify me. Luckily, the driver was able to find me. The status of my ride finally appeared once I got inside the vehicle. This issue has been ongoing for over a month now, as I see it reappearing with each ride I book.

Went through the whole process of creating a profile and setting everything up so I could try Lyft. Everything seemed to be working fine before the trip. Get to my destination, try to request a ride, and the app just won't load. Very frustrating. I've now restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Guess I'm going to stay with Uber because Lyft can't get a working app. Also, no way to contact Lyft for support from the app.

This used to be a good service but the app is garbage full of ads. You get a free trial but there's no option to terminate. You can't remove your payment method. There's no option to delete your account. The support email address bounces. This round, no prompting to tip & no option to rate the ríde. They moved my pickup time up to 445am with 5 mins notice. And then cancelled the ride for no reason.
