I like it, and it seems to pay attention to fixing things when it updates and gets issues. I'm looking forward to the idea of connecting to others who use the app. I also like that it can be offline. Started cause therapist, i don't use it like she wants me to lol, but it's casual. The month day by day thing is off a lot of the time but that's kinda all i can see from being an issue atm. There are word limits but u can edit what u said later and continue, and that has a limit too but much better

Super cute creatures with a fun mini battle system. Most emotion based parts are not required by any means, allowing for casual play and collection. Creature designs are very nice, but the stage one designs are mostly repetitive with everything the same except for the eyes. I like it, the friend I showed it to likes it, I'll be happy to see what gets added in the future!

Honestly an amazing app that has helped me improve my mental health so much. I didn't even know anxiety affirmations were a thing and those help a lot more than any deep breathing or meditation does. And I love all the options and getting to do the battles because I feel like it also helps you see all of your emotions in a positive way! I just love this app so much and it's a lot better than a lot of the typical self help apps you see going around out there? But everyone is different!
