The app is great, except when trying to look at your seats, regardless of inter connectivity status or stability of the servers, it gives you an error that reads "We are unable to retrieve seating information at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience." and prevents you from changing or reviewing your seats. Please fix this ASAP.

I haven't flown virgin in years because of previous issues. Now have added app to fly with work. Got an email to say flight delayed. App hasn't updated 5 hours later. This is unhelpful with a 3 hour delay, do I trust the app or the email? My guess is app doesn't work.

They changed our seating selection without informing us, now my wife and aren't sitting together for the long flight home. Great anniversary Virgin. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, also on hold for 75 minutes on phone then it hangs up. WILL NOT FLY VIRGI AGAIN.
