Perhaps it is useful but sofar it is a big disappointment and unusable. When clicking on My Profile the app asks where to send a onetime code. After inserting that it asks if you want to use Biometric info stored on the phone. In case of answer yes it sends you back to the page that asks for one time code, in case of answer no it does the same... Au unsolvable loop.... :-(

We visited all of the sites we had planned to, sightseeing a part of the world (Peru) we had only dreamt we would see. The connections between each of the cities were seamless with Trailfinders people there at every step. Hotels and food were excellent and not one (6 of us) were ill at any time. That's two sightseeing holidays (Egypt and Peru) in one year with Trailfinders and we have the confidence to travel to any far flung countries with them in the future.

I never had any problems with this app till now. It just stopped work, It keeps asking me to put my surname and booking reference which I put exactly the details that I got on my email and keeps saying surname or booking reference is wrong. I can't make any payments or check anything on the app anymore. Can you guys give a hand with that?
