The Happiest Baby App is the mobile companion to your Happiest Baby devices. This includes SNOO Smart Sleeper—a safer and more effective baby bed—and SNOObie Smart Soother—the sound machine, nightlight, and sleep trainer.
Created by Dr. Harvey Karp, renowned pediatrician and sleep expert, SNOO intelligently responds to your baby’s needs and, within just days, helps the whole family get more sleep. It calms crying and boosts sleep with the rhythmic sound and motion that babies find so soothing in the womb.
SNOObie is an all-in-one white noise machine and nightlight system! It helps settle your sweetie, keep scaries at bay, teach calming breathing, and create easy-peasy sleep routines. This portable bedtime buddy features customizable nightlight colors and special soothing sounds.

Alerts: Lets you know if your baby needs more than SNOO's soothing (due to hunger or discomfort).
Remote Control: You can quickly respond to your baby's needs by adjusting SNOO’s levels up and down.

To create a routine, pick your preferred light color, sound, time, and day(s) of the week. Once you save the routine, set it by tapping your device to SNOObie, and your routine will be ready to play when the scheduled day and time arrives.

Lipstick on a pig. The Snoo hardware is great, their app is horrible. It lack's basic things such as, max volume, choosing the sound, adjusting anything really. The sleep tracking doesn't even sync with the Snoo itself. It's too dumb to realize you turned off the Snoo and will keep the sleep log going on forever. Thankfully this is a work provided rental, is never ever buy this it pay for the subscription. Horrible app. I'm using premium. It lacks setting maximums on anything besides motion to 2

Literally mind blowing to think 1) we have to buy the world's most expensive bassinet and then PAY MONTHLY for the app, and 2) that "said app" is the buggiest thing I've ever encountered! Like holy moly guys, if you are going to charge exorbitant amounts of money for the app, at LEAST fix the bugs so it functions the way it's supposed to! I've had to find myself coming up with all kinds of "work arounds" to even use the app... and that's assuming it's not when the data is down and unavailable!

Without paying an extortionate monthly fee, the app is pretty much useless. Not being able to turn the baseline volume down is the dealbreaker for me, but literally anything more complicated than on/off is "premium". Tough luck if you bought a snoo. The experience is now intentionally garbage unless you keep paying - and it's retroactive.

To clarify, all families have access to the free version, which includes features for daily use, such as Volume settings, Motion Limiter, SNOO Alerts, Baby’s Status, Sleep Tips, etc. The fee applies to secondhand SNOO users who wish to access Premium. SNOO will continue to work, whether families are on Free or Premium or not using the App at all.
