App horrível, não serve pra nada. Estou precisando do certificado de dispensa e é impossível pagar e adquirí-lo porque o site só dá erro no pagamento. Se fosse pra fazer uma coisa tão ruim assim era melhor não exigir esse certificado em lugar algum
