Don't use this if you have impulse control issues. Also, I don't recommend this app if you can't multitask while shopping. You can only return one item for free from every order, and your order will show up at different times, sooo you won't be able to return everything. It's difficult and confusing to return things too. They don't tell you when they switch items to another return package. They just tell you how many items are in one bag. You have to go through and redo the whole thing.

The app is ok, but every time I open it it tells me there is a discount. I open the discount page and I spend hours pushing buttons and frustration to get something worth 2$. The shipping is ok, but the packages sometimes come in holes and tears, which is really bad. another thing that I really don't like is that the minimum order cost is $15. What if I just want a small item worth $7 while I have to double the order to get something that's probably going to get to me when I'm 70. Temu, fix it!!

The company starts off decent and gives fair prices and if you have issues with orders seem to resolve them. Once you've been with them for a while they won't fix any issues you have. Especially on bigger ticket items. Stay away, so many issues with orders now. I'll be uninstalling and going back to Amazon. A few bucks cheaper isn't worth risking if the items will come defective or damaged. Amazons return policy blows them out of the water.
