EDIT: Once you open the sleep on your watch and refresh the app, the data will transfer. Took getting used to, but works perfect. Only complaint is the watch faces. Beautiful and simple app. Please please fix the sleep function and the watch faces. I'd love to be able to put the time in the middle. And the watch will record sleep but not transfer data to my phone. Very confusing. Other than that the other data transfers immediately and stays connected very well.

Customer service section doesn't load. Says 'error' every time. Watch faces are not interactive. Shows buttons on face to press but nothing happens. Watch faces are also inferior in design. Only a few actually share info I want on my screen, and those seem to be designed without much thought. It could be operator error on my part, but then it isn't user friendly since I cannot find any help. Love the actual watch body itself, and the battery. Would love to see some military-themed faces.

The app was great until they did an upgrade and now I've lost the ability to take blood pressure on my watch. I have reached out to customer service and have not received a response. Don't waste your time on this. In addition I just got an email back that says that their email website is no longer in use so there is no getting any help
