Network Service is fairly decent, but Zain offers cheaper options. STC customer care needs significant improvement—it's super slow and inefficient. The surveys also seem fake and manipulated. Hope the management addresses these issues.

The wrost service ever experienced, they terminated my sim card by no reason and issue was unsolved after visiting many customer care center and many customer care calls to call centers, they simply say sorry and problem solved no one is there to understand and solve the issue , very unprofessional way to talk to the customer, I have made biggest mistake by choosing STC and never gon a repeat it again , very bad behavior of airport outlet staff, they don't intend to solve the problem.

When I activate the one time only daily package I am unable to deactivate it on the app. I used to get the stc bot to do this but now for that too I keep getting transferred to an agent and they also can't help. I tried dially 124 that doesn't work, the 222 doesn't work. The deactivate option is not allowed on the app only. This is so annoying and irritating.
