Everything is good, but the boarding point location is unclear. It would be helpful if you asked all bus operators to provide accurate coordinates, a QR code, or a direct map link for the boarding point location. This would make it easier to navigate and reach on time. Right now, it's quite difficult to find the exact spot. If u add the link so I will rate u 5/5

I recently had a disappointing experience with Abhibus. I accidentally booked a ticket for the wrong date and tried to reschedule my journey. Unfortunately, unlike other ticketing apps, Abhibus does not provide a rescheduling option, which was frustrating. When I reached out to customer support to cancel or request a refund, they refused outright, leaving me no option but to lose my money. This lack of flexibility and customer-centric policies is highly disappointing.

Bus will get cancelled at last moment. Don't use app they don't take responsibility of it. Also many bus operators have higher ratings but they don't have services as per rating. Looks like fake ratings are there. Same buses have under 3 star rating on other apps. Customer support also not Good they will take side of bus operators only.
