Overall when the app works, its easy to use and simple. If you run into a problem with the app, good luck getting it fixed. You might as well quit delivering. Customer service will hang up on you, disconnect with you, tell you that you have to send an email and their is no tech support available. It is done in a manner that feels like a prank is beimg played on you. After 6 days of issues with the app I still can not get it to work. Have not been paid because the app does not recognize me as in.

The feature that opens the camera after the scanning is annoying, obstructive and useless. You need to go to the previous page to check better the address, and also consumes more battery in the phone because opens the camera long before the delivery

The new feature which opens the camera right after scanning a package is not helpful in any way and unnecessary. It prevents the driver from double checking the delivery address while walking. If you're going to force an option like that on people, at least give the user an option to disable it. Just because you think that it's some kind of a great and helpful thing, doesn't mean that others will think the same. It makes the app worse, not better. Terrible choice to add that.
