Application of the Public Defender of the Union (DPU) for people who want to monitor one or more legal assistance processes (PAJ's). The assisted person himself, or even a person who has the process data in hand, will be able to follow up through the application, receive and respond to requests from the Public Defender's Office (information and sending documents). It is also possible to request initial assistance to challenge the refusal of emergency assistance. It is necessary to log into the application with a Gov.Br account, which can be registered at the time of login, through the application itself.

Functionalities:
- Consultation of PAJ´s;
- Request assistance in emergency assistance;
- Booking for monitoring PAJ's (the user starts to view and receive notifications of the selected PAJ's);
- Respond to notifications regarding monitored PAJs;
- Access to content: news, main topics covered by the defense, useful links, etc;
- Chatbot.
