Lots of "mystery meat" on the app (buttons that aren't intuitive as to what they do). This is a a no frills, simplistic approach. The higher reviews you see, are *absolutely* posted by city employees who want to promote the app. Using the app as a vehicle to contact Customer Support will result in a sub-par experience. Don't expect ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. A truly Epic Fail !!!

The app is trash. I can log into the website fine, have changed my password multiple times, and have never been able to login to the app. Just asked for login assistance through the app, and it said the feature wasn't available. So, what's the point in offering login assistance?!? Only reason I gave it an extra star is because you can used it for one time guest payments.

Given the choice of the website (which works fine) or the app, I'd go with the app. It's not 5-star worthy, but it's faster and easier to use than the website. All the 1-star ratings seem to be about connection issues, but they must have resolved them because I haven't experienced any of the problems others have described.
