I would offer the option to click ready between stretches as it takes more than 3 second to get from a floor position to standing. Also a description of how to do the stretch correctly or what to be aware of if you're stretching incorrectly would be helpful. Other than that I really like them.

I like it, however it's not quite finished, Idt. The last exercise in the block I was considering, is unnamed, and there are no description of how to perform it. It is "Cobra", and "from a laying in stomach position, use your firearms to raise your upper body and hold position to a ten count." But there is no way for me to write that or modify it, for better perfomance... Or, simply, *pick another* to better suite my body needs, or customize the routine if I am not "feeling it".

Seems like a good idea in theory, and we'll it is, but the app is poorly constructed and super buggy. Why does it try to download another app between literally every exercise? Why does the app not pause the exercise when it forces you out? This just feels like yet another hastily thrown together cash grab.
