All news services slant left or right depending on the agenda of those managing and funding the service. This has been the case since Colonial time, pre-Revolution. The AP, most of the time, reports news with the LEAST amount of bias. Most of its readers and viewers continue reading and viewing AP content. Simple. Not as left as CNN, yet not as to the right as Fox. .... Thank you. Thank you. The widget is back! Nice, great, in fact, to get a preview of current news before you enter the app.

I've been using the AP app on my Galaxy S23 Plus for over a year and a half. I originally rated it 5 stars due to it's unbiased, In-depth reporting on national news, entertainment and sports. I've changed my rating to 3 stars because over the last 3 or 4 months the app has been crashing while I'm reading an article and not even touching the screen. I've tried updating it to the latest version, uninstalling and reinstalling it, etc. and it keeps crashing. Please fix this bug.

Latest Update: *Can no longer zoom in on pictures. (This was fixed earlier, but broken again.) *Font size is massively large on the text of stories. The byline is a normal size, the stories are unreadable. * Sound no longer works on videos. Impossible for anyone in a disaster area to use this app. It requires too much power and bandwidth to get any actual news from it. Please consider releasing a lite version. This version just keeps getting worse.
