As a streaming service, it's really good. Tons of content to binge. As an app it's mediocre. I often have long waits in the VA hospital where reception can be poor so I like to have downloaded data available. This app is completely hinky with downloading stuff if there is no wifi available. It's either really slow (several days to download a season). Or it just doesn't do it. It stops after a few episodes and nothing I can do to get it started again. Also it often loses my place when I come back

Funny thing! I use chromecast to connect my Disney+ app, on my phone, to my TV. Before the show/movie beings, it plays a small in-app ad for new Disney+ content. The account I use is not the one with ads, this is just for their new content. Well, on my TV it says something along the lines of "Press the button on your casting device to skip." Only problem being that there is no skip button displayed on my phone, nor on my TV. I would rather find something else than deal with poor design.

I don't mind watching ads once in awhile. But when you constantly do it at the best part. On top of having so many clickable items on the same screen! as when you're trying to watch the show! you accidentally click one and Bam you have to watch another ad!...bam now you have to go back and you have to watch an ad again. Because of the developers put so much clickbait on the screen!
