Buggy and unreliable. Used to work really great, but recently, for no reason at all, i have been forced logged out, and accepted batches will disappear when i log back in, causing my cancelation rate to increase. Contacted support many times, and either I've been logged out during the conversation or been told nothing is wrong that they can notice. I'm not sure what the problem is, but the app has been nothing but problems for a while now

It's an okay app, if you do multiple batches at a time, you only get paid for one, so it might now be worth it. The app has me reconfirm my identity pretty regularly, which is bothersom because I don't know how long it will be, and the support chat redirects to an Instacart signup ad page. Some items, especially produce, are not accurately labeled/entered into the app, so that's frustrating as well. If you need extra cash, it's good. Not a reliable replacement for regular employment.

Used to work some Instacart but all year whenever I turn the app on, the orders don't pay well enough to actually accept any. Miles and items are way too high for the low fares they pay. Even with tip most of the time. Not enough promtions and not enough orders to stay busy. I usually turn the app on every couple days just to see and usually it's just a disappointment and I continue to use other gig delivery apps. What a waste. Definitely went downhill.
