Great app, really. But the introduction of one new "feature" is infuriating. Chrome forces a pop-up notification at the bottom of your current browser after closing another tab to give you an opportunity to "undo" said closing. It takes up part of the browser, cannot be turned off, and lasts 10 seconds. Easily the worst app feature I've ever come across.

I'm happy with Chrome as a browser but the startup settings are annoying. It keeps opening extra tabs at startup that I just end up closing, and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to change this. I've seen others have the same issue and while there is sometimes a complicated fix, it doesn't always last, and it's more than the average user should be expected to know to do. It's not a user-friendly experience and it is a constant annoyance.

It's... a browser. 🥴 Though I hate that they removed the long-press Back (Android's; though, the built in nav doesn't do it either), where we could scrim through that tab's Back history and go right to the page. Whereas now, you have to rapid fire the Back button until you're there. (I think it also included the Forward history, when there was some)... Maybe they can bring that back 🤞😞🤞 Can even make it a toggleable option in the Settings, for those that like how it is now. 😉
