we've been prime members forever now. i was trying to use a promotional credit to rent a movie. I tried to switch the card it would charge also. it wouldn't show my credit and when I purchased it used the wrong card (it went back to the one I tried to change it from). can't write full review due to word limit. they took my credit without it showing me and said I was out of luck. I want my promotional credit back for the error of the app.

Extremely disappointed! I have been a prime member for years and as of recently, they decided to make my subscription have commercials, unless I want to pay more.....it would have made more sense for them to add a cheaper version that has commercials instead changing my current subscription. If it was included with my prime subscription , I would have cancelled it. Because of this, I rarely watch anything on here and I refuse to pay any more than I already am. F'n disgusting!!

Since I last reviewed it has gotten much worse. Although you are paying for it, you have to pay individually for most movies: good movies, bad motives, old movies, new movies, almost all have to be rented or purchased. Those that you get without paying individually are jammed full of ads. I've only kept it this long because it's part of my Amazon membership, but that sucks now too, so no point continuing, you're supposed to get 2 day shipping, I've got 2 items 3 weeks now nothing
