I'm using the app for the vacuum cleaner x20 pro. I don't like that there is no way to create an order for the cleaning of rooms. There is no option for zones without vacuum, only mop cleaning. The creation of schedules is very difficult. Also, it will be very good to be able to manage the settings for every room separately, like the power of the suction and the amount of water.

Please add the functionality in the app so that in the custom cleaning arae, more than one area can be selected for the robot vacuum to clean. Currently, when you click on the plus sign on the map, you can only select one area, and after the cleaning is finished, you have to select the next area. Another request is to add a menu option in the app so that when the robot encounters carpet fringes, it doesn't pull them in. This could be done by momentarily deactivating the suction. For the robot vacuum map cleaner part, please allow us to save the map so that we can easily restore in case it gets corrupted. I had experienced multiple times already and map getting reset, and I had to train and put again walls and areas vacuum not to reach. Another advantage with having saved map is I can use it on 2nd floor also.
