⚽ We are proud to have participated in the "Charity Cup" football tournament in Włoszczowa last Saturday. Our Team played 8 matches, competing against 19 other teams from all over Poland, all in support of a vital cause: raising funds for a local mental health support center for children and youth. 💖 While we didn't win the tournament — indeed, we didn't even make it to the podium — the result was secondary to the cause. We are pleased with our Team's performance on the field but even more thrilled about the positive impact this event will have on the local community. 🌞🇪🇸 Here is some fantastic news from the sunny Iberian Peninsula, just in time to wrap up the summer! 🔋 Our first large-scale solar project (HV) in Spain is taking shape in Ciudad Real (Castilla-La Mancha). This venture will feature a capacity of 65 MWp, covering 90 hectares and incorporating almost 105,000 panels. Once completed, this project is expected to generate 131,650 MWh annually, with an exceptional output of 2000 MWh/MWp – one of the highest in Europe! This initiative encompasses PV farms with a total capacity of 23 MWp, to be connected directly to the medium voltage network. 👷♂️ To bring this project to life, we have partnered with leading EPC contractors, including Waldevar and Nomad Electric. These collaborations highlight our commitment to working with the best in the industry. 💪 This is a huge step for us as our first venture in Romania. But this is just the beginning! We're already planning to start construction of additional projects totaling over 100 MWp in Romania in 2025. These ventures are part of our IPP portfolio, which brings us closer to our goal of 1GW in operation that we aim to reach next year. 🏃♀️🏃♂️ This Saturday, we showed our team spirit and commitment to remembering history at the 33rd Warsaw Uprising Run. Our 25-person team joined over 11,000 runners in this meaningful event. 🏅 Every finisher is a winner. For some, it was their first mass run or their first 5km/10km race. But beyond personal achievements, we ran to honor the Heroes of the Warsaw Uprising, commemorating those who fought for 63 days starting August 1, 1944. ❤️ This run wasn't just about speed or distance — it was about unity, remembrance, and respect for Poland's history. It also demonstrated our team spirit and our commitment to important values. 👏 A huge thank you to our supporters and congratulations to all our runners. You've made us proud! And tomorrow, on August 1st at 5:00 PM, when sirens sound throughout Poland, we will pause and honor the Warsaw Uprising fighters with a moment of silence. 🌞 vPPA Deal Signed with LUX MED Group!! 🤝   We’ve just finalized a virtual Power Purchase Agreement (vPPA) with LUX MED, Poland's leading private healthcare provider. 🔋 We will produce 36 GWh of green energy annually for LUX MED. The agreement will help LUX MED Group reduce CO2 emissions by over 250,000 tons throughout the 10-year contract duration. This collaboration will ensure zero-emission electricity consumption for all companies within the LUX MED Group, supporting their ambitious goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2040. 👏 We congratulate LUX MED on their commitment to implementing a sustainable development strategy, and we wish them success in achieving zero emissions. Located in Serta, central Portugal, this innovative project comprises four separate UPP units - a first in R.Power Renewables portfolio. Key highlights of the Serta Farm: · Capacity: 4.8 MWp · Panels: 8,600+ · Area: 9 hectares · Expected Annual Yield: 8.4 GWh 💪 This is our second international PV farm and our second in Portugal under operation. The achievement in Serta comes shortly after the activation of our Terena photovoltaic farm, highlighting our swift growth in Portugal's renewable energy sector.
